A touch on the spendy side for a home style Chinese restaurant, but maybe their goal is to be more ostentatious, hence the Grand name? They have a reasonable online ordering site which allows you to avoid a food delivery service if you prefer but note that the (crowdsourced?) pictures are not always accurate so read carefully. Cromulent fare at the speed you’d expect from an established Chinese restaurant (zippy).

This was a restaurant choice of my mom for her special day. For a new Chinese restaurant in the neighbourhood, we expected a much higher caliber of service. We were seated immediately because we made a reservation for about 10 people. We were quite disappointed by the service. We ordered several dishes to start but the dishes were served one at a time with 10 minutes in between. It was ridiculous! We ended up with one dish on the lazy susan making its rounds between 10 people for about 10 minutes before the next one was brought out.. then another dish. 10 minutes later, another dish. It was a painful and unbelievably slow service. Finally they brought out the main entrees after 45 minutes later. The restaurant was not at full capacity but we are guessing that the staff do not have a proper workflow. The dishes were OK. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants good, reliable service.

Foods are good and delicious. Price are reasonable. Service good and courteous. The only funny point is when order food with free drinks, drinks cannot come latter. The boss said they are too busy, if drinks come later, we have to pay extra as regular price. *This never heard or happened in any restaurants that I had visited* As a whole, the restaurant is worth to visit again.

This restaurant is located inside a strip mall on Clark Road with bunch of other restaurants. We Came here for early dinner and the owner and server remembered my friend’s names as we walked in. Great service and busy place.The dishes are huge and delicious.We had the Imperial Pork Chop 京都骨, Gai Lan and Squid, Beans with Pork Jowl.Highly recommended to come here for their great food and service..Whilst we were there they had a busy queue of people picking up their takeout.

I definitely not recommend this restaurant. We waited fifteen minutes for our table. After that, we ordered sweet and sour pork, fried rice, squid, seafood soup and stir fried beef for 4 person. Among these, I would not recommend the seafood soup as it is bland and just like an instant seafood noodles and salty squid. The prices on the menu is not the same as how much they charged on the bill. They will provide larger servings as they thought would be better for them to charged you more. Also, when we are about to pay, they enforced to provide a 15% tip on top of the amount of tip already that was voluntarily given which lead to amount which they don't deserve as they were rude. The staff raised her voice as she said this is their policy, as other customers were listening. If these was the case and their policy, I would recommend them to inform their customers beforehand, and not by shaming their customers infront of ther people if such amount of tip is not provided.

We’ve been here a few times and have always enjoyed it. Good price for decent sized portions. Impressed with actual chunks of crab meat in their crab and fish maw soup! The rice rolls were filled with lots of meat, we had the shrimp and the beef. There were at least 5 shrimps in each roll. With the lack of options for canto cuisine in the Burquitlam area, this is our go to when we feel like a good HK milk tea.

Nice and clean Chinese restaurant, we order 5 items, first time have the Blanched sliced beef ginger is really good ! Recommend it. Dumpling w Noodle my second favorite.
