This place always serves the smallest pieces of chicken idk how any can enjoy a decent filling meal from this place, even on the sandwiches they use barely any chicken, it’s about time this location gets exposed cause they’ve been doing this for years, every other location serves proper sized pieces and uses a decent amount of chicken in the sandwich, this location been scamming people for years now

Thank you to Amneet, Arianna and kitchen staff for being so accommodating as we order chicken last minute. This is awesome customer service! I appreciate this store for being so accommodating because all you want after a long day is a hot meal. She was more than patient and her kindness made my night.

The last two times I went to this location oh, my orders did not come out as I requested. This last one was only an issue with the sauce as I asked for mayonnaise and Just a Touch of spicy mayo and I received a lot of spicy mayo and no regular Mayo.Not to mention the last two big Mary sandwiches were more like small Mary sandwiches. Super thin and slightly overcooked.And why can't I get a damn pickle on top of my sandwich like the picture shows? LOL anytime I ask for it they say they are out of pickles.You get three stars because the taste was still okay and the fries weren't stale.

Ample seating for a party of 4 on a Friday nite around 7:30.They ran out of fries but still followed the script of asking whether you wanted fries or wedges.Love the burger's crispy chicken but loses points for wrapping it and allowing the over-abundant sauce to splosh all over to create a soggy bun. =P

Not sure who does the hiring here but they need a entire staff refresh with the exception of the older gentleman who I believe is the manager.This location is always out of inventory. I find it highly irritating to promote a promotion but yet always have not stalk. One time I understand 2,3,4 times is a bit much!Management... I highly recommend you take a look at this location and staff! When the gentleman that I believe is the manager is not there this place runs like a zoo

Really excellent experience. I placed an mobile order for a 5:45pm pickup on Tues. Nov. 8 - approx. $100. I arrived right on time, and my order was ready to go - I was in/out in under 45 sec. The staff member at the counter was friendly. The food was great - everything I ordered was there. All the family members who were there commented how good the food was. It was a really great experience overall particularly considering it was part of the dinner rush. I'll definitely order again, and I'm certain my family will as well.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and I pay for tomatoes on the sandwich look what she did there is no one do like that McDonald’s’s more batter quality than you for sure super cheap workIt’s not worth the money we spend 28 $ for sandwiches like that

First this review is about the just the new Nashvile Taters. As a vegan, the last time I checked they did not have any vegan options. So ordered my food nearby and got these new taters.I find out they do have plant based options but are fried in the same oil and fryer as the chickens. So if you are reading MBC, please change so that I can try as well.The taters, I expected them to be spicy, they were, but at best they mild or medium. Good, but did not meet our expectations. While eating them we did thing that they were too greasy, but almost at the end of the container we find a so much grease! That was excessive! Please do check the pictures.

I wanted to have fried chicken. So, I was searching for something good near me. I saw in review that fried chicken here is good. So, I wanted to give a try. My comments,1. Food is costly.2. Chicken was average, I think Pop eyes is better.3. I asked for normal spice level. But spice was very low. If someone needs Asian spice, ask for high spice level.I am rating 3, as food is costly and taste is average.

At aprox. 3:45 pm We ordered 2 spicy big Mary Sandwiches, a 2 piece chicken with waffle fries and 2 bottle pop. We dined in . We noticed that the sandwiches had on more sauce than the usual. We took couple bites and it was also salty we used a napkin and wiped some of the sauce off. Then we gave up. I asked my hubby to return them he told ne to forget about it. I couln't i proceded to the cashier and explained to her. She then told the girl that prepared the sandwich what i said. None of them said a word to me. I only saw her called a female. The female went to the back then that female came to me and asked me what happened I told her what happened. She told me that she and the female who prepared the food have been the longest employees and she knows what she is doing. I said no matter how long you are doing a job mistakes can happened. I showed her the sandwiches and she said they look fine. I showed her the napkins that i used to wipe some of the sauce off. She said to me next time i come in to ask for less sauce. I told her that i have been coming here every Mondays for the past 2 months and never had this problem. She went on to say that she aked her and she said the put the correct sauce on it. I am a chef and i told her if a customer make a complaint i am not going to defend myself nor my employees. I will correct that mistake by offering an apology Then offer another item or refund. I was never given an apology. I was offered another sandwich or refund after arguing for about 8 to10 mins. I asked her who she was . She told me she was the supervisor( she never had no uniform on) That supervisor needs to be retrained. 1) Customers are always right. 2)She should aplologize take the items back and offered another back or refund. This lasted 8 to 9 minutes. Thats why i didn't accept another one or refund. At the end it woud have seem liked i begged for a sandwich or my money back.
