It was great! Sam saved me so much money and was super patient with me. He was friendly, gave me exactly what I was looking for and more! I traded in my phone with no problems and it was very easy. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back.

I will only ever get my phones from this place! Excellent service, the reps always look for the best deal possible. They think of the customer first, never themselves. Sam, Joey and the rest of the team are amazing at this location!

I would steer clear of this place if you’re looking for a new phone.If you do go however, don’t believe anything they tell you.My wife and I bought phones from there last year, and we STILL haven’t had the credit we were promised.My wife followed up with numerous calls, and still nothing.We just simply chalked it up to lesson learned, shop ELSEWHERE!

First of all….Thank goodness when I called Apple Support they told me about TBooth at Eastgate Square as a Apple support store!I was in a terrible situation with my iPhone. It would not charge for me after trying everything I knew for a few days. I thought I lost everything. My life was on my phone so to speak. I called Michael, the Apple Support person at TBooth and explained the situation. He said come in and let me take a look at it. I was hoping it was the battery. After evaluating the situation, he said let’s order a battery and hopefully that will solve the problem. 3days later Michael called me to inform me that the battery was in and if I could bring my phone in which I did immediately. After several tries the battery was not the problem. It was the phone! iPhone 6. I love that phone. The big screen and easy to use. I told Michael and Sam that being on a pension I can’t afford a new 14 iPhone. It doesn’t fit in my budget. They did everything they could to help me and they understood without embarrassing me. Sam looked into my cell phone company Rogers to see about my plan and do monthly payments on a new iPhone. Still too much. Michael suggested if I have another phone maybe he could help me. I got a hand me down from my kids. I called Michael and told him I have one. He helped me get it my old phone information transferred to the new phone.In closing, I can’t say enough about Michael for his knowledge, professional attitude, patience, and helpful manner. He is a great asset to the TBooth company.I would also like to say the same about Sam. While Michael was working on my phone, Sam was also thinking of ways to help me solve my problem. What a great team of employees.They deserve 10+stars and I will be glad to recommend them to all my friends and family.

Phenomenal experience! Will never go anywhere else. Moe and the rest of the team were incredibly knowledgeable and patient while helping us sort out issues with 4 lines. Great customer service and very thorough with the why behind every reccommendation they made. Switching over phones is something I usually dread but this time the time flew by AND we got an amazing deal! This place is the best!!

I just went to this location hoping to get a new plan and phone and walked out very happy with the service and splendid offer I received. John was very sweet and extremely helpful throughout the entire process! The rest of the staff were friendly and very pleasant to be around. I highly recommend this location!!!

I made an appointment for a battery replacement, went in and did not have it in stock!?!? Why the heck do I need an appointment if you can’t even call me to let me know you don’t have it in stock!!!!

Wifes google pixel had a weird fatal error went to go see SAM and he sent it out and a week or so later she had a brand new one go see these guys if you want a phone especially sam altho all the people there are awesome

Kamil is one of the best reps ever. He really knows his stuff and always takes his time to explain exactly what you are getting in a cell phone and plan. Highly recommend him.
