Gabriel Pizza

Second time in a row now the pizza comes in looking like this, hoping the replacement pizza looks halfway edible. Much more importantly the delivery person had his payment device set to tip scales of %15 - %20 - %25, with that level of service, that tip scale should be illegal. Absolutely done with this place

⁰ordered a steak sandwich it was so soggy he had to take it apart and eat it like that. Ordered a combo platter never again the zucchini sticks were very limp and the chicken strips were hard. Never had such a disgusting Meal in a long time. Never again will I order from them they have called and agreed to a full credit on our next order thank you

Just got club sandwich order and the chicken is seasoned (since when )? Wasn't a chicken breast and the bread was burnt I didn't mind the food being cold

I ordered tonight, my nieces pizza had plastic on it. We tried calling but there was no answer. They also were supposed to drop it at the door since I have a dog and the instructions weren’t followed. Taste was great. But it wasn’t nice dissecting my nieces pizza for plastic.

You get what you pay for - fresh, fast, quality toppings, and friendly service. We got take out, including a gluten-free Redblack's pizza that had become one of my husband's favourites!

Update: Received a call from management, great customer service, we're back. Sad to say...the pizza this evening was brunt and tasteless. Have to say this was our first bad experience with Gabriel's in Aylmer.

This is the first review I ever wrote and the reason is because I cannot express how disappointed and furious I am.I have always ordered from this Gabriel pizza for almost 6 years now but I don’t think I will order pizza from Gabriel anymore. We ordered a medium steak pizza with a garlic dip. No only did they forget the garlic dip, but the pizza was COMPLETELY undercooked. It was only cooked on the sides and it was raw near the middle. Had to re-cook the whole pizza to have it edible. Big disappointment and we called Gabriel pizza for the garlic dip and they said they were going to send a dip back, but a RAW pizza? Really? I have kids at home and they have each taken a bite before we realized it was raw. I think I’ll just order from other pizza places now.If you want edible pizza, DO NOT order from this place. Will not be ordering from here again.

Love this place! Amazing service. They always make sure you’re satisfied with your order. Quality food, clean place and happy employees/owners.Definitely recommend this place.
