Store and products available as expected. Self checkout only when I was there. Much prefer to deal with a person. Spend some money, hire some people for cash to make to make the store a more enjoyable, personable experience that might make people want to come back. Pretty cold and sterile as is!

Spent almost $100, searchedfor staff to assist myselfand 4 other people to check us out, don’t appreciate being yelled at from the back of the store that there are self checkouts which we didn’t want to use! first staff member walked away, the one who deigned to check us out was extremely rude. unfortunately the rare occasions i have used this store i have never found the staff to be helpful or pleasant. will stick to my regular shopper’s where the staff ARE helpful and pleasant

The staff in the pharmacy has the best service in the area, they show that they care and friendly. Thanks so much!

The past several times I've been in this shoppers (usually later in the day), I've noticed a staff member talking with the cosmetic staff member while walking in. And when I'm ready to cash out there is no cashier at the registers. When I go towards the cosmetic counter to ask the staff who are still talking if I can have a cashier one of them then walks over. There is never any effort made to check to see if there is a customer waiting to be served, it always results in having to hunt down a cashier. It makes no sense to have to use the self check out when there is staff just standing and talking away from the cash that they are assigned to. Any other shoppers I've gone to in the city either has a cashier at his/her post or if they are away from their cash it's to multi-task and look busy but they always have eyes on their cash and come over right away when they see a customer. No hunting required. This isn't directed to all staff working at this location, but the work ethic of some is questionable.

Changed to this pharmacy from the one in niagara, have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Will be changing to walmart's pharmacy and DO NOT RECOMMEND CARLTON SHOPPERS PHARMACY for anyone who wants their perscriptions on time, to even be notified when your medications are refilled WITHOUT REQUESTING IT & have notification that they are ready, that they have filled the prescription and been sitting in the pharmacy for days. Never had these problems with any other pharmacy. Heavily recommend taking business elsewhere as they won't give you the run around for your prescriptions, LIKE THIS SHOPPERS DOES; ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED THE MEDICATION FOR LIFE, not just a one time refill" i shouldnt have to tell them not to refill prescriptions without having it requested by me first. STOP WASTING THE REFILLS THEN

Went to the post office to express mail something and the older lady working was extremely rude. Bad attitude. Won't be going back to this location to shop again.

Ereni Girgis is the absolute best pharmacist I have dealt with. She is very thorough, caring, empathetic and provides all around great customer service. I have dealt with Ereni on a few occasions for myself and for my daughter. She has always taken the time to explain and answer all of my questions. When dealing with my young daughter she made her feel comfortable and safe by bringing out a teddy bear from her office. Ereni has also always went above and beyond to help me find the information I needed if it was out of her scope. I believe she deserves to be recognized for the amazing work that she does.Thank you Ereni ♥️.

I had an awful experience at the pharmacy with the rudest person at the pick up line. It's been a couple weeks due to moving and had to pick up a prescription and all I asked is if she would call the other shoppers to see if they had it. Her name stared with an Eraine I believe. She kept cutting me off when I tried to speak and was rushing me even though I was the only one there...
