Can't use the ATM when the branch isn't open, and this branch is not open very many hours. Very inaccessible and kind of pointless. PLEASE LET ME USE YOUR ATM OUTSIDE OF YOUR LIMITED BUSINESS HOURS.

This location has the best staff! So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I purposely come here for advise even though this location is out of the way for me.

I recently took a meeting with Vlad to discuss certain financial products, and while I was not able to be helped due to my circumstances, it was a very pleasant experience setting up the meeting, being in the branch, and meeting with the people here. Definitely if the opportunity arises I will look into being a member.

Wow, I saw one of the reviews saying the Mgr was not helpful and had to step in. I dealt with Nick over a year ago when financing our condo. He jumped through hoops for me to get my deal on the books the way I wanted, with a LOC vs a mtg. He got me an amazing 5 yr rate that the banks couldn't beat. It was my first foray into a Cr Union (vs lifetime banking). I can tell you he was knowledgeable, clearly he is dedicated; answering emails well after the branch closed rather than waiting until the next day.I'm back dealing with the branch now for financing to finish up the build of our cottage. Again, the branch is exceeding my expectations.I have and will continue to refer friends and family specifically to this branch.From my experience they DO DELIVER!

Can't use ATM outside of bank hours event though it's meant to be 24/7. this means inaccessible on weekends and after 5pm most days

Manager is never able to help.. Please don't over promise and under deliver

The ATM isn't working correctly. It would not dispense cash and no one could explain why. I was just told that there was nothing they can do and I should just try again another day.
