Terrible experience even pathetic customer service. I asked to get my eyebrows done and KAITLYN (the woman who did my eyebrows) RIPPED THE SKIN OF EYELID OFF. After being asked to address this issue the staff tried explaining that this IS NORMAL!!!! well it has never happened to me in 6 YEARS OF GETTING WAXED so no, it is not normal. And, when I asked the staff to call KAITLYN, SHE REFUSED TO EVEN COME OUT AND LOOK AT WHAT SHE HAS DONE TO MY EYELID AND APOLOGIZE, RATHER SHE WAS SITTING INSIDE IGNORING MY CONDITION. I mean, who can be this unprofessional and ill-mannered.1. I was made to stand there in pain while i could not even open my eyes.2. i was not provided with any ice or pain relief3. The staff did not agree on giving me any compensation of any kind and returned my money after making me stand there for an hour.I want to sue this place for negligence in something that could have been even worse and for the unprofessional behavior i was shown after that. How do you expect me to go to work and school with this eye? Who is to compensate for all that?This is request to all customers who are willing to go this store in future; DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE SLIGHTEST IDEA TO ENTER THAT STORE

I’ve been to the place 3 times and for my 3rd time being there, i want lilac but the hair stylist said I can’t because my hair is too dark so then I got my hair dyed the same colour as I did last time I was there but except I want to put the colour higher . this time, after 4 hours, my hair colour was uneven with spot of light in yellow and purple, and it look like i dyed it myself. After 2 days I called and say it need to be fixed, they put in me in a Sunday because that the only one day im free. I’ve spend my first 3 hours there getting my hair pulled and bleached, and so she tried to put on the colour lilac like I want without warning me that it might fail and leave yellow spot. After another hour spend to put on colour and dry hair, it look worst than when I come in. So the hair stylist said I can either leave it like that or put on another colour. And showed me 3 boxes of hair dye and I’ve asked how much, which I shouldn’t have, I should have question why she didn’t warned me about lilac might not work on my hair and would look absolutely horrible and why I would need to pay again after spend over $500 if you wasted my time and I have to stay here longer and to pay another $75 and get the colour I didn’t want in the first place. I left that place in tear because I was just too speechless. I would definitely advise people not to go there because the hair stylists lacked of common sense. And I will never be back here.

I went there to highlight my hairs, very unprofessional and rude staff. It was a lady i show her a picture how I want my hairs to like. After the service hairs did not match with picture. I ask her dark cinnamon color and i got blonde highlights. Blonde highlights does not suit my skin type. I was so upset. She is keep saying no it does match with picture. After that when i did not agree with her and complain to other staff. They sent me back to same lady. As a revenge she turned my hairs completely black. I was super disappointed with the service. I complain again because i pay 250 dollars and got nothing. I ask for supervisor or manager. They bring me a guy and he said sit on chair he Check my hair and said no it is now match with picture and advice me to leave. He also comment that we did not open a charity here. They need to close the salon seriously or hire better staff.

Had a wonderful experience with the stylist Paige! She was able to get the red out of my hair and get me to a beautiful white blonde, I have never left a salon with my hair feeling so healthy! No breakage!! She is truly a hair fairy! Thank you so much!!

Zophia is very good. Listens to what you want, makes suggestions, confirms that end result is what you wanted. Very pleasant, focused, efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend her for cut style and highlights.

Some of these people need more practice before being paid. Been here more than once hoping it was a fluke the first time, ended up with such a blocky chopped look with a bowl cut at the back when I asked for a fade. Both times I have been here, I’ve been too self conscious to publicly show my hair and had to cut it myself to get that smooth finish and hide it for another week to grow out.

Had a bad experience because of rush. First hair artist declined my hair cut by saying that she is not professional for men’s hair cut . I waited for 20 minutes and got back to another lady . She wad nice but she did not make any difference to my hair . She just set my hair and charged me $44. Overall I spent $44 for nothing . Now I have to spent same amount again for another hair cut .

Elyssa is awesome and I always get great compliments on my hair -- in fact, today I was complimented by another customer as I was walking out the door
