I called for a tow the night before hoping I could make an appointment for the next day before I went to work. Nate said he opened at 9am, but when he heard the disappointment in my voice, said of course he could come at 6am. He came the next morning, exactly on time and was polite, kind, and extremely helpful. When I tried to give him a tip to show my appreciation for opening up & coming so early for me, he declined. This is a man who is kind , caring, and genuinely likes to help people. Never have I gotten better customer service anywhere, and I mean any type of business. I've told all my co-workers about Nate & Hub City Towing and the exceptional service I received. None of us will be going anywhere else. Thanks again, Nate!

I was frantic when my van wouldn't start. I booked an appointment with a mechanic and called Hub City Towing, and was bracing for the two hefty bills coming my way. Instead, after explaining the issue to him when Nate from Hub City Towing arriving, he fixed my mechanical issue, explained to me what the issue was, and showed me how to fix it myself if it happens again, and then he charged me a very low rate. I was absolutely thrilled, turning a nightmare into positive. This was the best service I've had anywhere in a very long time and if you're reading this Nate, thanks again. Nate is definitely a credit to his craft. An amazingly painless experience. Needed a motorhome towed from point A to point B in Cedar; Nate got me all hooked up and we were off. On the receiving property, we hit a bit of a snag with some softer, muddier ground. With some solid ingenuity and tenacity, the motorhome was unstuck in no time at all. Personable, efficient, and probably the best priced person in town. Would 100% recommend Nate if you are stuck in a jam or need any kind of tow.

Christmas tree shopping, got the van stuck in the snow all the way in the middle of nowhere and getting dark. Had the whole family with me and Nate from Hub City Towing came out on super short notice, arrived right away and towed my van out while risking getting stuck himself. Can't thank you enough Nate, I really appreciated it! He also didn't even want to charge me because of the season, that's all heart not business. Hub City gets all my business from here on out. On a very cold and slippery morning on my way to catch a ferry I met up with some very unforgiving black ice. In fact the entire road was nothing but Black ice. I found my truck and camper sliding backwards down the road until we stopped with the trailer half in a drainage ditch the other wheels off the ground and absolutely no traction . Nate from Hubcity towing showed up and with some very expert maneuvering (using two trucks) he managed to get me back on the road with no damage to truck or trailer. It was a pleasure to watch this professional work his magic. He turned a disastrous morning around and ensured I was aware and comfortable the entire time.He is an absolute credit to his profession. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.

Nate is absolutely amazing, he's such a nice guy with really good rates. He's saved my butt a couple times now and always does it with a smile. It almost always sucks to need a tow but it's always nice to see him!! Thanks again nate, you're the best!

Hub City Towing agreed to tow my car at short notice ... and then agreed - without complaint - to defer for a day to work around the garage's schedule. Mike showed up on time, skillfully rolled my car down my steep driveway, and then carefully hooked it up to his truck. He was polite, professional and fast. Definitely recommend Hub City Towing.

Blew a tire on the Highway. Could not get my vehicle to a safer place. Called Hub City on the strength of great reviews. Nathan was already headed for a call; but said he would stop and move me to a safer place.When he arrived, he told me he would rescue me first, as I was in a more hazardous position than his prior call; which was for a scrap car pickup from a safe residential driveway. Much appreciated.I learned that he has been in the business most of his life. A true professional. At a reasonable cost!

This is the best towing company around Nanaimo, hands down! I was stuck on an icy hill, had my e-brake on, but if I took my foot off the brakes I would slide backwards toward a gate and a small cliff. I was really scared! Nate said he could be there in about half a hour, and he sent his father (Joe) out to keep me company while I waited. He calmed my nerves and put rocks under my tires while we waited. Nate got there and pulled my huge ford transit out no problem. He was in such a good mood, I can tell he really likes helping people. I won't be calling anyone else when I need a tow.
