Very disappointed with the service provided by John. When our blinds came in they were installed on an angle - John abruptly provided various explanations, always changing when further questions were asked. It was clear that the blinds were measured incorrectly by John. We have now been in touch with another company who have been wonderful to deal with and taking the time to provide all the information. Would not recommend this company or John.

We are extremely happy with the blinds we got installed. John was patient and thorough with explaining the product, quick and punctual with the quotes and installation, and most importantly they're really good quality. He was comparable to the competition in price but with a good brand (we got california shutters).

We had a wonderful time and experience dealing with John. He is very patient, friendly and helpful. Really cares about giving the customer what they want and providing helpful suggestions. We learn't a lot doing business with him.-Great quality of work-Very satisfied-Highly recommend!!
