Came in this weekend to make a huge bulk order. Edwardo was efficient and great, made sure I got everything I needed and offered to bring everything to the car. I ended up having to go back and deal with 2 other people who I did not enjoy dealing with. They forgot 100 tea bags from my order, and made me wait 30 minutes so they could put tape over the barcode and then cross out the barcode through the tape. Not a great experience, will only be dealing with Eduardo going forward. He did the same process but more efficient and in a way that made sense. Huge gap in customer service.

First time I came across the shop through a friend of mine from Austria,I was buying 30 Gramms but the special service and extra knowledge from the employee I bought 700gm. She was wonderful when I asked her what’s good for High Blood pressure…She gave her personal touch by recommending what she drinks, important if you are selling a product.Thank you for your help and will be back

Quality and customer service has gone downhill.I used to love this brand and company and purchase at least once a week… however the product quality slowly dipped, but the customer service just disappeared.I ordered online during Black Friday for holiday gifts, it arrived over a month later after Christmas. Stores unable to help since it’s online, online isn’t reachable… now I’m left with some Christmas gifts that came late….and since the quality isn’t what it used to be it’s basically junk…Not the stores fault for this issue but if they dont allow the stores to fix an online order problem, why have them use the same brand name?

Decent selection of teas. I'm a big fan of David's but the customer service can be way better. Other locations have better staff and are more friendly to talk to. The staff here were not very helpful at all.

Super kind people working at this location. I casually mentioned that I always have trouble logging in to their online site when I make a purchase and one of the staff members (Charmaine) stepped in and reached out to customer support on the spot to help resolve the issue. The extra help was really appreciated because I shop there often and I never get to collect points because I can’t log in when I’m shopping online. Really appreciated the extra care and I just wanted to say thanks and I hope this review reaches the right people so you get a shout out! Thank you, thank you, Charmaine!!

Eduardo (acting manager) refused to give me a tin can for my tea (300g) after his associate was telling me I need to buy it. I told them I always shop here and get my tea in a tin can. He said we don't have the free ones and you need to buy one. It's like going to Starbucks and they ask you to buy a mug because they ran out of cups. Ridiculous!

I used to buy Organic break fast tea from this brand for 2 years, but last Saturday, was the worst quality ever, I called and chatted with them but no one to pick up or to call back. I think they start to screw customers around and sell their old and bad quality tea. I don’t recommend them anymore. I will have to drive all the way to return this product. They just annoying me with their fake emails every day. See the photos, the tea is no smell or dark colour like before
