About the Business

Care For Newcomers | Red Deer | CARE for Newcomers, formerly, the Central Alberta Refugee Effort (C.A.R.E.) was formed in 1979 by a group of concerned citizens who wanted to assist with the settlement of refugees fleeing the aftermath of the Vietnam War. Now a non-profit, CARE's mission is to assist in the settlement and integration of immigrants and refugees in the community.

They not only provide all needs to the new comers , they also take youth camping trips , they teach them how to skate and how to be a Canadian in every possible way .
