Cashier did not know how to redeem my gift card. Sub was mediocre for high price. Very hot inside as well.

Staff training and cleanliness is some of the lowest I have seen in my 25 years of kitchen experience. Basic sandwich assembly by Staff was a joke. Doesn't subway have standards of operation you are supposed to follow? Train your staff accordingly for service and how to handle the products...food safe training will go a long way for this location!

I was at this location Wednesday since i work at Freshco the Canadian sub that i got was bad couldn't eat it didnt taste good the guy didnt care at all i complain to him yesterday.

This is a horrible subway location. The staff are incredibly rude, especially it seems to women. I understand if you're making multiple sandwiches it might be easier to put the toppings on at the same time, but by doing so they don't listen and add toppings that weren't asked for and then refused to remove them or make a new sandwich. They also seem to deliberately put few toppings on. I got maybe 5 pickles on a footlong, so on my next order I asked for extra and got 8. It's such a disappointing location. Drive the extra few minutes to a different one to get proper service and food

went in at 10:25, thought they closed at 11. door was unlocked and “open” sign was still glowing. when i walked in, the employee behind the counter was talking on his phone. he stopped and started yelling at me to leave and that they were closed. it was an honest mistake and he was very rude and unprofessional. do better subway!

Hello,Please don't play with customers. Give a food quality and quantity as per we are paying.today I am so disappointed with the subway. And sharing my experience. The order is not as per my requirements, I placed the order by using the online Subway app. Bread is too dry and it's like gum. I asked for more white as well as black Olives but I hardly find Olives.My sub is full of lettuce hardly find any other requested ingredients. There is no spinach, no onion, tomatoes and no cheese at all.Only they added a few jalapeno papers.The sub is not cut properly, one side is too big and another side is small. I asked for sauces but again the quantity is very very little. I received a sub with dry bread and full of lettuce.Today it's was too snowing in Waterloo that's why I placed an order online but I am very very disappointed with the food quality.

We visited this location and ordered 5 subs. I ordered a 6inch, she made a footlong, and by the time I clued in I felt i had to pay for a footlong (since I should have noticed sooner). Worse, though, we used coupons and they added extra charges (for cheese and bacon) to make up for the money we would have saved from the coupons! We tried to argue however there were other customers waiting and it was awkward. I feel the people here are dishonest. We later called to try to sort out what had happened and they hung up on us.Terrible customer service. Will not go to this location again.

I had a deal on my Subway app that said I could buy a sub and drink and get a sub free. I clicked it and selected scan in store. They ended up charging me for two subs and a drink and wouldn't honour the app. Ridiculous. I explained and showed them and they said sorry we can take that. I would never go there again!

Very unsatisfactory the lady I dealt with couldn’t care any less about what I wanted on my sub just started putting random stuff I didn’t want then was very rude to me and my girlfriend never been more upset with a place I love to eat at

Good food as usual! The owner here is very nice and if there was any mistake (maybe once in the hundreds of times I've visited this location) he always tries to make it right.
