First of all the system couldn't work for 50 minutes that I was standing there waiting after they called me 5 6 times to remind me to return the Uhaul on time at 5 PM when I picked up the Uhaul a few minutes to 6 PM.. They took a picture of my credit card which I've never seeing before. And The young lady's father was rude and races too. He had no patience for when I felt like I was being over charged. He started pointing his fingers at me and speaking in his Asian language to the point where the daughter had to grab him on the arm aggressively to tell him to calm down. I would rather beg for someone to let me use their personal truck instead of using their service ever again.
