Horrible horrible horrible customer service. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Uneducated and uninterested. Go to the Millstream location as it's actually run by locals.

Some good deals and neat trinkets. Dont go there unless you have a plan, otherwise youll be buying the whole store.

This place is awful. The staff here seem like they want to be anywhere else then working in the miserable environment of Tillicum Fabricland. Management doesn't care so why should staff? Very disappointed by the way I was treated. Do better.

I really resent having to pay $20 to shop in a store. They inflate the prices terribly then give members" a discount. What a ripoff. Why do people put up with this?"

This store is hit and miss. Some of the staff are wonderful and a pleasure to interact with. Today was not the case and when I asked a question about a notion I needed to complete a project the woman copped an attitude and was rather rude. I'll return because frankly it's the only game in town and the selection is quite good, but I know who the pleasant ones are and will only deal with them.

Wow. This is the first time I have ever been in a physical store and it will be my last. Everything is on sale, just not for you. Members only pricing. The regular pricing is one of the most expensive I've seen. The store is dusty and some of the fabrics were actually dirty. I had to lift my jaw off the floor when I saw the price of interfacing. I really don't recoomend this place. I don't know how this place is still open.

I thought the place was decent with an array of different materials and selection was huge.Staff seemed to be a little short but for the stuff I came in for they were good and to the point. I do not shop here very often , but I will come again if need be.

They wouldn't give me my discount because I did not bring my membership card. They system is old" so they make you buy a new one lol. I think there's a reason the system is old."
