I wish I could give a negative star to this place but unfortunately I can not. My 80 year old grandmother had to come to this horrible shop today and was treated with disrespect and the people were very rude to her. They judged her for her language barrier I wish I was there to help her in this place and film how they treated my grandmother. She had also fell in the shop and was not helped till later when she was crying on the ground and my aunt wasn’t strong enough to help her. After this happened they still weren’t Assisting her with the things she needed! Horrible experience, run!

Purchased from here, came back for return because Dr. Didn't recommend. They didn't return. Very disappointed we even didn't use this. Simply ripping off. We'll never come back here.

Terrible customer service, if you can go elswhere I would strongly suggest it. I was waiting for them to call me so I could pick up my order when it came in. They never called so when I called them 2 days after the order was due they said they called and left a message. There was no call from them on my phone or any message. Then when I went to pick up my order in person they offered no explination or apology. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN, they prefer to blame customers for their own incompetence.

Negative stars! worst service I could have every received online. I've been going back and forth with these people for over 2 months now. Placed an order in March that asked to be canceled. After being on hold and speaking to 3 different people they shipped my item out when i had specifically asked for it to be canceled. They charged my credit card. They told me to return the item with lable provided once I receive it. I returned it the same day I got it. It's now 2 months later and I haven't received my refund. Robbery I tell you. Save yourself the hassle.

Drove out to pick up a bed bar. The older gentleman who worked there picked up the box and said it seemed a little light. So he looked inside and said, no it's all there. I paid, and drove back to Tsawassen. A long way from the store.Upon arrival, I discovered, the bed bar was not all there. I had to drive back and get the rest of it. Which was on display. The other staff gave me a 10 percent discount for the display model. Shopping online makes sense, not this crap.

Beware of their return/exchange policy. They have one, but the fine print excludes virtually every item in the store. The associate and their manager have no interest in being helpful either.

Went in to buy a walker and commode. Three staff standing behind the cash register. No one came to help. After a few minutes we went to them and asked for help finding a walker. Reshma I think pointed them out and walked away. We were left trying to figure out which one to buy. We gave up. We went back to them and asked if we could see the commode out of the box. She said no. I really don't know what's best but may as well give Amazon a try if I can't find a local retailer who can help.

This is my second time visiting this place. First time I bought Obus Forme pillow as per my Physio's recommendation. I visited today to buy Obus Forme Body massager. Whole experience was such a memorable. The professional customer service of Shelyn Jeet was beyond my expectations.Highly recommended and will be visiting Wellwise Nordel for my future needs.Thank you Guys :) :)

Honestly this company all around is really bad, from their online website to their in store to their staffing to their management , no one seems to want to help clients, and no one seems to care about this company. I purchased over 5 items but will be returning all because I will not be doing business with them .

I needed a knee brace and I had no idea about purchasing 1. The staff are not there for customer service.Might as well shop on Amazon.DONT SHOP HERE.
