Excellent help! They go above and beyond. After a system error my parts weren't there when I showed up. They worked with me to get my core refund and have the parts sent to the farm. As soon as I pulled in the driveway the napa delivery car was pulling in behind me. Made a detour on his was from ottawa to drop the parts off. I speak little to no French. They communicated wonderfully with me. I will be taking my business there more often. Friendly staff.
