I was driving north and just got off the 400 when I started to hear an annoying noise from my Audi Q5. I pulled over and saw that the sound prevention piece under the vehicle had come loose. I pulled into Utopia and within 10 minutes had my vehicle up on the hoist to make the repair. I cannot express how pleased I was by the friendly and prompt service by Sean and his mechanic Dennis. Don't buy any car from here. Had mine for less then a year and a check engine light came on and it was for my camshaft. At one point when I driving to work (Which I only do with this car cause it's gonna break down at any point) the car was stuck in a low gear while on the highway, had to pullover turn the car off and go again. The car came with a hole in the exhaust too, also when I went to change my fluid the differential fluid was like mud but everything else was what it's suppose to be. The engine makes noise, somethings making noise near my tires and the hole in the exhaust doesn't help, sometimes when I'm idle at a red light the whole car starts to shake and makes a really bad noise, oh also not blaming it on them but my A/C also went out too lol. I've called and asked for help but apparently none of that has to do with safety so they can't do anything.

Must use! Stranded at a hotel Canadian Tire auto service quoted 2 hours company came with someone in 25 minutes !!Thank you utopia towing for great service and great guy who came to booat us! Will 100 percent recommend!

Open for business! A full service used car emporium with a wide range of offers. They do everything including repairs and certification. Friendly, no pressure. Yes, I bought a car there!

Don't go there! There is a con artist named Edward Macneil. He is a salesman there. Ripped me off for $2,500. He is a great talker.. u think he is honest but he will sweetvtalk u and burn u to the ground!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My hubby and I were going for a drive to Awenda when suddenly our back truck tire was nearly flat. We pulled over, plugged the tire and slow trecked 3.5km to get to ultramar for air. When we got there, the machine said ‘not working’ hubby ran down just past the gas station to see what our options were before having to call CAA. He gets to Utopia and the sign for the shop is off but he decides to check the door incase. An older gentleman was inside and listened to our situation. This kind man was in recovery from surgery and said hey man if I could if help you right now but im gonna call my guys in. (Even though they're closed) Not too long after the other two gentlemen arrive and within 10 minutes we had our spare on (to which we thought we couldnt access the entire time) lol all the men at this shop were only in shop on personal work and they still graciously helped is and got us back in road in no time, even with some fun suggestions near the area as we couldnt make our way on the rest of our trip due to time contstraints. I would give more stars if I could, thankyou so much for all of your help, you guys will never be forgotten in our memory.

Professional yet friendly customer service in a stressful situation.After calling for a tow after an accident, I was promised a call back with an eta since I needed a flatbed for my AWD vehicle.Within 10 minutes I had the call and driver showed up promptly in the timeframe given.Driver Barry displayed great empathy and went above and beyond in his great customer service skills.
