SIS Propane

Called to enquire as a new customer about rates and options for home. Customer service at office was prompt, kind, informative. The next day a driver called to arrange potential delivery. Excellent customer service front and back of house!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! For over two months now I have requested the end to our lease with SIS because since the company switched over the service has basically declined beyond belief. Multiple emails and phone calls where you are constantly reassured that someone will resolve the issue but resolution never comes. Literally 3 weeks in a row where I was told the tank would be picked up the following Monday and yet here it still sits. It’s really frustrating because we have a new company and tank lined up so until they follow through we can’t move forward and use our gas fireplace. To add to the issues, they have now sent me billing’s for the tank rental which they said cannot be resolved until they get the tank back. Total nightmare!

Since Super Save has taken over management of SIS in October 2020 the customer service has been terrible. I have called repeatedly to have my name put back on the account I took over 2 years previously when I purchased my home. I thought it had been sorted out back in October when I had a fill only to receive the invoice in December in the previous account holders name. Every time I call I am told someone will call me back and no one does. My next call will be to cancel my service.

I am astonished at how poor the service from this company is. i have called three separate occasion trying to get set up on propane service and i cant even get a call back. practically begging to give them my money. Terrible customer service, i would NOT RECOMMEND SIS PROPANE AT ALL!! I have never come across a company that does business like this.

It would be hard to overstate just how terrible the service has become at SIS over the last 3 years since being taken over by Super Save. It has become a running joke here at the farm in Shawnigan Lake as to whether SIS will ever show up or call back on time or even AT ALL when they say they will.We lost count over the number of times they have dropped the ball now. Improper billing, total lack of communication, missed deliveries, a total lack of careful/knowledgeable workers, and as far as I can tell a total lack of integrity.It is rare I feel the need to warn others about a company, but SIS is truly an exception in all the wrong ways. Save yourself the headaches and go with another provider.

Came through for us in a big way with prompt, professional service. We would 100% recommend this company!

Very unimpressed… I’m not sure these folks want to do business!I called as I need my propane tank filled, super nice person answered the phone, said the rep Teryn would call me (we recently moved here and didn’t have an account set up). Three days past, Teryn never called, I called again, yes yes Teryn will call, she said she even CC’ed the manager, 4 days later and I haven’t heard from Teryn.I called another company, and my propane will be delivered tomorrow morning.Get it together SIS propane.
