Brought my truck in here twice. First was for wind shield repair. They were so professional and customer friendly I brought my truck in again for an out of province inspection. I had heard nightmares about having out of province inspections done and how you can get the run around. They absolutely took care of me, no issues and once again very helpful and professional. I would recommend to everyone!

If I could give better than 5 stars, I would! I went to Autocraft for my winter tire switchover. The were prices great and they had my car done by the time I needed it, so great service there! But where the amazing, over the top service came was later that night when I got a flat tire on my way out of town to my sons hockey game. I called Autocraft, not sure why it went flat. Bruce came out, on a Friday night, and towed my car back to the shop and put on a spare winter tire for me so I could get to my sons next hockey game bright and early Saturday morning in Banff. Without that next level of service that wouldn’t have been able to happen! Name a business where the owner will come out on a Friday night and fix the tire himself at 10:30pm. Never had a flat tire while driving before, and Bruce was such a lifesaver in this situation! Absolutely my business is staying there for life!

This is the best place to take your vehicle.Bruce is a Old School Mechanic.Change my tires the first time i was too him but he didn't just change the tires , He also checked the car out , Whcih was not done at the last place i took my car.Most business people see $ sings when they look at a customer , but Bruce seems to see the person first.I really like this.

Bruce and the guys here do excellent work at good value. We had a new windshield installed on our explorer, Bruce mentioned we may need to buy new moldings as they tend to not be reusable. Since they were quite expensive I opted not to. A few months later one falls off while driving, my mistake, I will definitely get them replaced next time. Best part is Bruce replaced the molding free of charge, at the same time I mentioned the windshield had an odd wind noise while on the highway. Bruce ended up replacing the windshield as well as a molding free of charge. Autocraft offers unbeatable customer service and the warranty for the windshields is something to be proud of.

Best experience I have ever had at a garage! Went for a windshield replacement;perfect and best price anywhere by at least $100! While my car was there,I asked for a pricing and second opinion on work on my front brakes that my dealership had said was necessary and would cost me about $750 to replace pads and rotors. Autocraft checked- no charge- and told me my pads are fine for now and will be checked when I have my next servicing and will cost about $250 at that time. my rotors,he said, are perfect and don’t need replacement! Sheesh! What a difference,eh? This will be my garage from now on!! Never realized how happy I would have been to need a new windshield!!!

All around experience as a customer was enjoyable as could be, when paying for repairs. Found original quotes to be fair/reasonable. Repairs are solid and the price I was given some grace on, due to the repair going Smoother & Quicker than expected. They could have just taken the extra from me as they did do the work, they chose not to.Earned my trust=earned my business.

They were awesome to deal with. I ordered winter tires from them the tires arrived very quickly at an excellent price. I will definitely recommend them and get more tires there.

They have competitive pricing and do speedy work here, but what really made us loyal customers is the quality of their service. This is a fantastic local business who truly care about their community!
