Absolutely the best place to by a new vehicle. Most friendly staff and amazing service. Was the easiest process to buy a new vehicle was always treated with respect and given honest and up to date information on my order. I’d like to thank all the staff that I dealt with. This is my absolute most amazing buying experience ever, not just with cars, but among anything pretty much.My sales associate Ali Alswiae helped me secured an allocation for my dream car RS5 in the middle of the pandemic and during global chip shortage.I finally took delivery today and it's so surreal to drive my dream car off the lot. The entire buying journey from end to end has been nothing be exceptional.Ali Alswiae went above and beyond in communication, customer service, financing, arranging shipment to Toronto (I moved to Toronto before the car get there), coordinating with the Toronto dealership to get my vehicle registered and delivered, etc. Even after the car left the Victoria dealership and therefore is outside of his control, he made sure everything is smooth and secure from end to end.Never in a second did I feel unheard or under-serviced. No message was returned in more than a day; mostly within minutes or a few short hours.I run my own B2B business and deal with a lot of business owners, entrepreneurs, and salespeople. I honestly don't know how to better run a car dealership. Nor do I know how to better take care of a customer than Ali did. If I could give 7 stars I would.Of course they have 480+ 4.8 star reviews.Ask for Ali if you're shopping for an Audi. Best decision you could make.
