Recently had my truck in the shop at Skaha Ford, very impressed with the helpful staff in all departments and very prompt and professional service. My truck was serviced by a tech by the name of Sean, he had the time and patience to explain all the work completed and explain every detail and problem that I was having. This was the most AMAZING SERVICE experience ever!!! The service and parts department went WAAAAAAY above and beyond for our family!!While travelling to our Son’s wedding, we pulled into their lot 5 mins before closing with an urgent vehicle repair.They quickly determined the problem and informed us that parts were in stock. I had just begun to made a phone call to try to make a plan B (realizing the shop was now technically closed) when a group of FRIENDLY service mechanics came out to get our vehicle.WORKING TOGETHER , putting in OVERTIME, they turned a 1 1/2 hour job into a 1/2 hour turn around time, from start to finish, and we were back in the road.I still can’t believe this just happened. Every staff member was so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! This dealership knows the meaning of the word SERVICE!! I can’t thank Skaha Ford enough!!!As the cherry on top… when we got the bill… I was SHOCKED!! The cost of the repair was about half of what we expected it to be! A huge sigh of relief and appreciation that we didn’t get taken advantage of and were not over charged.A FANTASTIC experience at a VERY FAIR price!!I can’t say enough about the entire experience! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Thank you to Tracey in the Service Dept for accommodating our appointment change because of the weather. Also thanks to Ross for taking my wife in the Shuttle to get an item that needed to be picked up. Lastly, thanks to the Technician who diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Great team work!

I have had alot of problems with the Escape series and I have to say that the staff at the service department is amazing. They have worked tirelessly to come up with solution after solution to get my Escape back to normal so that we are happy satisfied poeple. I am very happy with them and what there doing for us. Much appreciation to all of you. Thank you Mitch, Allan and all the mechanics that have been working on the Escape
