Our family has very much appreciated the great service we have received from Comfort Mobility over the past few years, and our latest experience was no different. After my disabled sister passed away recently, we had the issue of what to do with the medical equipment that she had for her disability. We contacted Comfort Mobility because they take this equipment and use it to help those that need this special equipment. I sent them an email and within two days, they came with two vehicles and two employees and had everything packed up and ready to go inside of an hour. Very professional in their work and demeaner. I called Comfort Mobility looking for forearm crutches, what I got was fantastic, friendly and prompt customer service. John was very helpful in checking that they had a pair on hand and sent me a picture, including the price. My 93 year old Mom needed a walker. I called around town to different retail places for assistance. The Staff at Comfort Mobility jumped to the plate immediately. They took a history over the phone and after the Physio Therapist came in and did his assessment my Mom had her walker delivered to her door. They knew how important it was to get this walker to my Mom asap to keep her safe. One week later was Mom's 94th Birthday. I called that morning hoping to order Mom a cup holder for her walker and they not only had one in stock but they delivered it same day so my Mom had her birthday present on her birthday, now that is going the extra mile! A huge thank you to all....
