We had our first experience hiring Canmore Glass - a great choice!The folks at CG are friendly and professional. Heather (in the office) was really nice to deal with and Curtiswas knowledgeable, polite and super friendly AND had our window fixed in no time.Thanks to everyone at Canmore Glass!

Purchased a couple pieces of glass here for a project and found the folks there were easy to deal with and I got exactly what I was looking for.

Haven’t worked with them but they have some quality people working for them! I was at the Exshaw landfill and had forgotten gloves so I asked a man next to us in the Can Glass trailer to borrow a pair just for a little bit. After he was done he didn’t ask for the gloves back as we weren’t finished dumping our stuff and I wish I could’ve gotten his name to thank him again! So nice and because of this random experience I totally vouch for this company because of their quality people!

We’ve had many-many-many experiences with Canmore glass. Everything from installing new Shower Glass, to replacing the weird little plastic thing that keep windows locked. New window installations at multiple properties. Door repairs. Picture Frame glass replaced.I am *finally* writing a review because they just fixed a door to our office, and it closes so perfectly now. It was bugging me for months. I finally called. It was fixed pronto. So they keep popping into my head every day that I arrive at work.The staff have always been friendly and super helpful. Annette is my favourite kind of human — friendly, helpful, with a great sense of humour and a wee bit of sass. Love it. The price has always been fair, in our opinion.So. There it is. The review I should have written 12+ years ago. I finally had some time to write it because I wasn’t cursing at the stupid office door that wasn’t closing properly for months.

excellent service ! Our showroom door got broken this morning and within a half hour two guys were here to do some measuring and within two hours we had new glass installed .

They have been so lovely over the past few years, every time we move or need anything looked at they come right out and do their best to fix it on the spot. Can not recommend these guys enough. Annette and Justin are such lovely people. I've seen them for door and window issues and they're always so helpful.

Do NOT hire Canmore Glass. Poor installation. Poor customer service. I had to hire a second journeyman to come and redo the install.Update: buyer beware, six months later and I still haven't received a callback from the owner replying to my voicemails or emails. My credit card was held and charged WITHOUT my consent even though the work was never finished to a professional standard !

Super friendly and very helpful. Our patio door stopped rolling, I had to take the door off its tracks to verify what parts I needed. I sent a photo to the receptionist and they had the part ready for me to pick up within the hour. Good thing too, cause it's winter! Great local company. Highly recommended.

Ordered two phantom screens. They were measured and installed great however the ball was dropped significantly in the office. They were ordered in May and supposed to be here with in 3-4weeks. Hadn't heard anything by week 4, I called they might be in this week"

Don't go there. the owner will charge you a lot without your approve
