Crapy service, unprofessional and slow. Advised not to use them.

I do not trust Fedex Trade network. They are not accountable for their mistakes with CUSMA documentation and I have been left holding the bill a number of times. I am glad to have found a much more reliable company for my business.

The worst service, no person at the counter. Waited and waited and was told they will call once located packages, never calles so I calles and they saod be there in 2 mins!! Not even worth a star!!

Well only 15 hrs of waiting for a load to clear. Being blamed for not sending in the paperwork, even after sending them the thread of the email of acceptance. Now not even answering the phone (Mila). I'm still waiting! These people don't care, because there no repercussion for their service. You can't Bill them, the customer says I'm not paying because it's not their fault. Yet they get to go home at the end of the day. While us drivers are losing driving hours and get crapped on with the mentality of its just truck driver attitude. Here's a thought, maybe this why you bills are getting higher. If we have to sit and wait, someone has to pay! Thank your local Custom broker for those higher bills. Apparently FedEx is the worse to deal with. They're never at fault. Even when it's their product!!!Oh ya! They even are trying to Blame Transport Canada for taking so long! How sad for fedEx.... FedEx should be ashamed of them selves.

Great service and 24/7 update though in pandemic period.
