I am very happy with my results. The staff is amazing! They’re so welcoming and friendly. I was a nervous wreck as I am very scared of needles but they put on numbing cream and walked me through the experience.Now Anna, the lady who did my lip fillers is amazing. She was very careful, detailed and guaranteed no surprises. She did a wonderful job.I took one star off because of the wait times. My appointment was for 5:10pm but couldn’t be seen until 6. However, that gave me time to talk to the wonderful people who work there. AND it gave me more time to let the numbing cream work its magic.Hmmmm, ok, well 1 star off because nothing is perfect, right? I highly highly highly recommend. I’m getting everything else I need done here.

My experience with skin vitality is beautiful. my on opinion is the best. I felt comfortable and safe.The products are fantastic and very durable. They give it my face the beauty that I wanted . I fell very satisfied and happy with my results. I adored this clinic and people who work there are very professional with a lot of experience and talent. I really recommend this wonderful clinic.

For sure I am not in your system, the tactics you use are disgraceful. Went in for a consultation. It was the worst experience EVER. I was taken to a room by a so called consultant. Whose sole job is to sell at any cost. She reminded me of a used car sales man. I ask her to give me sometime to make a decision and was told no! This is a one time offer!I went just to get some info the different options out there andto do my own research. She stated she could reconstruct my face. (what is wrong with my face?). She went on to tell me how her chin, jawline, lip and other parts of her body was redone.She wanted me to pay upfront right there for everything she was selling. I didn't even walk with my credit card. She asked me if I had the number or if it was on my phone? I went to pickup my prescription at the Shoppers at Kingston Rd and Westney. They are next door, so I dropped in to get some info as I had previously stated.After 30 minutes of me telling her no I am not ready I just got up and walkout of the room. She started coming behind me telling me she will extend the offer to the next day. I didn't even acknowledge he I was so happy to get out of that place.

Everyone working here was super sweet! My consultation was with a very knowledgeable woman, who is also stunning, that understood my goal. She made me feel comfortable and had me laughing! My injector was Jessica, who is also breathtakingly beautiful, and I love her….at first sight! She is so easy to get along with, she made me feel at home and she also made me feel beautiful before and after my session! She saved our lives from a spider attack which I am forever in debt to her! Needless to say I loved my experience and can hardly wait to go back! Did I mention Jess was extremely gentle and didn’t hurt me at all? And 4 days after I feel like she did a perfect perfect perfect job! I’ll add photos once I’m all healed up!

The care I received today was phenomenal. Anna explained the procedure very well and kept checking in with me throughout. Anna is encouraging and thoughtful.I appreciate the personal attention at the Whitby clinic (thanks to Jocelyn) but know that I’m in good hands at the Ajax clinic as well.

The ladies at Skin Vitality are fantastic. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the 1st visit. My treatments have been fantastic. I can't wait to see the final results of my Lumecca sessions.

I went to the Ajax clinic a week ago to try the Venus legacy treatment which is a mixture of laser and suction to stimulate the production of collagen and take away the puckering look of cellulite and after one treatment I did notice a definite smoothing effect on the area I had the treatment on. The staff was very cordial and the medical consultant was super nice and informative. I enjoyed my visit and will return soon.
