Great service..computers crashed half way threw new phone.guy kept great attitude and pushed through and found ways to make it happen...i was there for like 3hrs.with wife 2 phone hook ups..better discounts and or free stuff would have accomadated us better for a normal 25 min thing...anyway thanks guys telling all bout yo deals.

The worst costumer service I have ever received and it was from the assistant manager. Treated me with disrespect and in a condescending tone. I came in with confusion from the online phone conversation in comparison to the store in-person. All I needed was to clarify the difference between what I was being told in the store versus over the phone. The assistant manager did absolutely nothing for me when I asked several times if he could just clear everything up and he repeated the same thing over and over can't do that"

Fido false advertises on daily basis, representatives try to give you deal that's not guaranteed and once you receive the bill, there's no deal. Yes, their false advertisements at their finest.
