I was referred to UDNR by a friend for our railing on our deck to be done by this company. I called Max and he picked up right away. He was professional and answered all questions that I have. Max was able to come to my house the next day to measure and quote. Railing ordered and installed within 1 week time. It was very clean efficient and professionally done. We love it very much and would definitely recommend UDNR to all our family and friends.

It was a very quick process from start to finish. They addressed my concern with the quote and had it fixed right away. They did a vinyl top for my deck and it was complete with rails and privacy walls in a few day.

As a contractor and custom deck builder I wouldn’t trust any other railing supplier or company. By far the best bang for your buck ! When it comes to any standard, custom railing, or Vinyl deck surface. I wouldn’t recommend any one but these guys. To top it off, Max (owner) is an awesome dude !

We’ve been using Universal for all our railing installs this year. They have an amazing product, much better than what we were using before, and the installers are great at what they do. Max is super knowledgeable and easy to work with, it’s been a great experience.

We wanted to replace our wood railing with glass to open the view. But based on its structure, we needed to retain the large corner posts. Max and team customized our mid posts and matched colour to our corner posts. They were careful not to damage the hardwood decking while adding posts and glass. The quality result is evident. We have had our patio deck redesigned and rebuilt this summer by Universal Deck and we are very satisfied! We called several companies, among which they offered quite a reasonable quote. The staffs are friendly and helpful that they made the communication very smooth. The installation process is also efficient and professional.
