Edited Review (original below)After <4yr I have a leak, Ryder will not return any attempt I have made to contact them over the last several weeks. They state a 10 year workmanship guarantee on their contracts but are not honouring this, nor even communicating with me to find any resolution. This is unacceptable for a company to not stand by their work. I no longer recommend Ryder Roofing.This is the first time I've had to get a roof re-shingled and Ryder was a great company to deal with. They were prompt to quote and the price with inline with other outfits. Their product (landmark shingles) was well reviewed so I was confident in the quality of the materials used. The staff were very friendly, and they worked very hard to get my roof fixed in December. I would definitely recommend Ryder Roofing.

I don't normally comment on companies but this one warranted some warning to other people.I have use this company for commercial work twice this year and had good service. But...Arranged to install roof top curbs and jacks and had scheduled date. Roofers didn't show up so called them to see what was up.Got told I was to phone a day in advance to confirm which was not the case. I told him this was not what we agreed in an earlier conversation. The guy told me to find someone else and hung up.The person who I was talking to was the owner of the company. Would give zero stars but site will not allow.

I had my roof reroofed in 2016 and the instalation was ok but not done the way I wanted. The roof started leaking thru the soffit mid summer 2020 and when I got home in October I called and called left messages and it was not till March when the owner came by to look at it and said they would be back to repair soon. We'll its nearing the end of June and no service and can't get a reply from my messages left. DO NOT USE this company niw my roof has rotted back one foot from the facia and has rotted the facia and the ends if the roof joists. Niw what I'm going to have to get someone else to repair my roof and bill it back to Ryder, GOOG LUCK.

We had good service but with other companies in Kelowna area there is a shortage of manpower and good trades people. The roofer was good and was able to tie 27 surface roof. Will be calling on them again next season for some additional work.

I am so happy with the quality and professional service I received during my new roof installation.From the office staff to the friendly and professional roofers who were also quick, tidy and respectful around my yard. I couldn't be more satisfied. Nice job Ryder Roofing guys!

This company took $23 504.25 as deposit from my parents for a metal roofing on Sept. 20, 2019 but as of today May 28, 2020 the owner Ryder Greg delayed and did not call us back when the job will be done and did not bother responding. Their secretary does not know where to find the owner and my parents are under duress. We are in the process of taking legal action but mean while everything is pending. Avoid at all cost this roofing company, they are fraudulent, a scam and take advantage of elderly. Do not rely on average stars rating, I am sure the good rating is given by himself.

f could give 0 stars I would! You guys did a repair job just about a year ago and guess what happened tonight??? Well it started leaking all over my bed again... I asked a couple of friends who roof in other city's how long should a repair last? ALL 3 said a LEAST a COUPLE of years! Well this one hasn't even lasted a year yet... You guys half fast did a job knowing damn well it wouldn't last as long as a proper repair job so we would come back for you guys to redo the whole roof! Nice treating someone who is sick with cancer like that! If anyone ever asks me again who do go to for a repair job I'm damn sure not gonna tell them to go to Ryder roofing.. I was not sure about what company to use for my client. I had heard mixed reviews about this company but I decided to give them a try. I was not let down, they did a great job and the job was completed in the estimated time at a reasonable price!! I recommend Ryder roofing to anyone looking for an easy and efficient roofing experience!

Have been leaving numerous messages for Ryder to call me, they had replaced our entire commercial roof 3 years ago (w warranty) and apparently do not answer their messages.....also, I thought I would try their emergency number as our roof is leaking & the emergency number they give out on their answering machine is a young lady who has nothing to do with Ryder Roofing ....so NO emergency number available after all. Not impressed. Ryder's phone message says your call is important to us"
