Almost impossible to get an appointment even for just an estimate. Rude receptionist, and terrible customer service. Not good at returning phone calls either.

The guy that helped me was knowledgeable. The wait to get in was long but by far better quality work than anywhere else in town. He even fixed a couple extra dents in my tail gate for free!

Ralph went above and beyond. His mother, the receptionist, was also really kind. They made my vehicle good as new, after being rear ended... and then he detailed my car for me! In addition, one of my fluid levels was low and I thought it had something to do with the accident.... it didn't, but he topped me up anyway. Wonderful service, great attention to detail. Thank you Ralph and crew for a job well done!
