Alternate handles our condominium complex, which are 4 plexes spread out over two city blocks. He delivers everything as promised. Lawns are done as scheduled. This is his first year with us, and I can honestly say our lawns have never looked this good, in the last 13 years I have lived here.Last winter, being a strange icy winter, his crews were out and had the snow removed and ice melt down first thing in the morning.I dont think you could ask for a more professional company to deal with than Alternate. Rates are reasonable, staff is polite, hard working and they do a quality job. I highly recommend them, trust me you wont be disappointed.

Alternate Lawn Care Ltd. sprayed our lawn and organic garden with herbicides without our permission. They were supposed to do another house on a completely different street but somehow ended up at our property. They damaged several trees and a flower pot that had been gifted to us and had sentimental value to us. We are currently in the process of taking them to court because the owner, Jordan Howie, refuses to repair the damages that his company caused. He is probably the most unprofessional person we have ever dealt with. We do not recommend this company.
