More interested in pleasing buyers. My cousin used them and we asked is it worth her while oh yes we were told. Whole house with lots of antiques didn't even get $2000. Waste of tome would have made more at our own yard sale.

A delightfully fun auction company that has more than just making money as their business model. I had a friend recommend going to one of the auctions in Windsor when I moved back to Nova Scotia and wanted to furnish my home with unique items. I had limited experience going to auctions, but I can say without a doubt that I have yet to be disappointed in any of Wooden Rose's Auctions.There is always a large selection of items that are posted with pictures on their website before the auction, which I find very helpful in knowing what I might bid on even before I get there.I was so touched by the owners and how they know exactly what item belongs to each estate or seller and show genuine concern for respecting the items which may be part of a home that is being sold due to any number of very personal reasons. I have bought many items for my home, all for excellent prices, and there is an eclectic choice of antique beauties, modern novelties, outdoor items, tools and gadgets, delicate china, jewelry, and one-of-a-kind nick nacks. Going to their monthly auction has become one of my absolute favorite must do activities. Even if I leave empty handed, I always have a great time. Highly recommend! See ya at the auction!
