Dollarama

A clean, nicely organized dollarama with a good selection of odds and ends. Their chocolate bar section is a bit lacking but they make up for it with lots of different cookie brands and snacks. The wasabi rice crackers are a personal favorite and I stock up every time I come. The staff are decently friendly and overall it's a nice place to shop.

The staff are polite and knowledgeable, but at times it gets quite crowded and there are not enough baskets or carts available. The product selection is what you'd expect from a medium sized Dollarama store, plenty of items, but not as much as you'd find at a larger location.

I like this dollorama. It also opens at 8 unlike many other locations at 9

Found what we needed for last minute xmas stuff

So Today I had a very very poor experience at this location. At around 12:30, I was at the location. The purpose of my trip to the dollar store was to get little toys for my nephew's birthday. I was in a rush and grabbed stuff and also paid very well, attention to the prices. I got to the cash counter and one of the items wasn't scanning at the price that was indicated on the shelves and also on it's box. I told the cashier and she called her so-called” responsible “ who came and took the item and went to check the price. She came back and said that there was a mistake that the price on the box isn't correct and that it was higher on the other boxes and claimed that there was a sticker with the correct price. I then told her that I saw the price 3,50$ and that wasn't it it's not my mistake if they didn't do their job correctly. She then said that I could have been the one to remove the correct price sticker that was on it. The young lady was very unprofessional, not welcoming, no problem-solving skills whatsoever. Quick to point fingers. Also, she dared to accuse me without knowing. Marie-Loup before saying that I removed the tag on the item to get it at a lower price please do a better investigation and check your cameras. Worst experience and I've been going to this location for the past 10 years never had any type of issue like this til today. Very disappointed and that so-called “responsible” needs major coaching, a demotion and need better customer service skills cause she doesn't have it. And on top of that, she thought I didn't know about “LA POLITIQUE D’exactitude de PRIX’’ and wasn't going to apply it til I said so.Very rude young lady. Beware if you shop at this location!!

After finding 5$ items I began to think, why are we buying offshore. It’s not a dollar store anymore. It’s a scam.I was okay up to 3$ but 5$? Let’s bring back made in Canada items again. I’m boycotting all dollaramas. Join me.FYI, I rarely leave a one star review but when it’s deserved I do.

Place is good but there was a very rude cashier

COVID19 safety protocols are enforced at the entrance. Store is well kept. Service is faster compared to the other store on Cite-des-Jeunes behind Home Depot. Parking is a bit of a pain during peak hours on the weekend.

Well stocked dollar-store. Close enough to Walmart to provide comparative bargain prices on everyday items.

Neatly organised, clean and probably the nicest, most polite staff of any Dollarama I’ve been to.
