Had a regular coffee which was as always tasty. This time I had some of the naked good and I was so impressed with the flavour, freshness and cost. My favourite was the Lemon loaf but the cinnamon square was equally as delicious.

I have visited this Starbucks multiple times and am generally a longtime Starbucks customer.However, my most recent experience was so incredibly disappointing that I can’t imagine visiting this location again.While travelling with my toddler to visit my sick grandmother in the hospital, I placed a mobile order for pick up. The order was a single drink.I ended up waiting half an hour before I was unable to wait any longer, leaving without my order.In this time, I was waiting beside the counter and inquired twice about my order. Both times I was dismissed with a curt and impatient response by one employee.While I appreciate that many businesses are trying to manage with fewer staff, the customer service I received today was totally contrary to the kind of professionalism and consideration Starbucks normally provides.

Nicest and most friendly staff. I want to say thank you and say how sorry i am about my car stopping in your drive thru.You guys were so nice and caring about it, i was definitely embarrassed and you guys helped me feel more comfortable with the fact that my car acted up. I ofcourse got my order perfectly made and i love going there, will 100% continue going there. The girl at the drive thru was so sweet and was asking questions about how it happened, and the manager was super nice by going to get his car to help me out. Thank you very much guys, i will continue going there :))

I did a mobile order at the Kemptville location thinking it would be quick. I was very wrong! People were waiting 15 to 17 mins for simple drinks! The staff appeared tired and were moving in slow motion. Several people complained and asked how much longer it would be for their drinks. I won't do a mobile order there again.

I love Starbucks coffee and most locations it’s just that Kemptville location always has a huge line up, and never as friendly/cheerful/uplifting as most Starbucks employees are.

I just waited 20 min for a personal no fat latte and left without it. Very poor management of coffee bar. A huge line up of people inside and in drive thru waiting for personalized coffees. Ridiculous. If you go into this location, ask them how long (and how old you will be) when you will get your coffee and act accordingly. Paid for a latte. Ended up getting coffee only after a 20 min wait. So slow

The staff here are always super friendly and cheerful! When I stop by, it definitely brightens my day to see such friendly faces. I recently had an issue with the app trying to pre-order a drink and management stepped right in and fixed the problem for me. Thank you for your kindness!
