My wife and I are extremely happy to have Dr. Joneson as our family doctor. He has made a huge difference, especially to my wife, who had felt alone battling some issues until we got him as our doctor. He cares and goes the extra mile. We have nothing but great things to say and feel lucky to have him as our family doctor.

Very welcoming staff! Dr. Joneson was professional and kind. I felt he listened to the concerns I had and had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend him. He has also seen my daughter and he was very good with her and made her feel comfortable.

So your a family doctor not a walk-in but you don’t make apts but take people in walk-in style. No wonder people hate this place. Obviously you people working there don’t know how to run a medical clinic and should go work at Tim Hortons, maybe you could handle that better than a medical clinic

My dad was in this place in the 8th this month morning, and the front girl told my dad he must test Covid antigen, and let him go home to test, told him back at 1:30pm, then he back in 1:30pm, the the girl told him he must register to see the doctor, and told him today is all full, nobody told my dad he must sign in their and then forcedly let him go back, now my dad is stay at home, he was really upset for the front not telling him have to sign-in or do something else to able to see the actual doctor.1. You guys told him to get home to do the Covid test, he never refuse to do Covid test, after he did the test then come back at 1:30, this is right time line please do not lie to me thank you.2. He showed his care card to you guys at first time he showed up, but you never sign him into your system.3. You guys attitude is worst I’ve ever seen when he back in afternoon, as a medical place to let your future customer feels. If this is what you guys shows for every customer, sure, why not.4. If you guys see someone have fever and need medical help, just leave him to the atmosphere and never wants to help, great!You guys should have entire work flow to let everyone knows how to do everything , I will never back to this place again, and will not suggest others to going to you, thx and bye forever

I have been going here for light therapy since 2020 and am extremely happy with the care at this facility. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Taylor is a wonderful person who genuinely cares and does so much to make you feel important and cared for. She is very understanding, explains everything and works hard to accommodate changes and appointments. Dr. Joneson is so friendly and really cares about his patients and clients. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic.

Dr Joneson is the best family doctor I have had. He always has time to talk to my wife & myself about any thing we have concerns about, and has taken great care of my 1 year old son. The Office staff always remember my family and we could not ask for better people to be looking after us and our health. I've been in and out of hospitals and Dr's offices my entire life. Open heart surgery as a baby and severe childhood traumas along with mental illness , I've had a difficult time figuring out. I've had good Dr's who have helped me along the way and I'm grateful for all of them. However I believe Dr. Joneson has by far been the best. He has been a significant part in positive change in my life as well as my wife's. These kinds of things don't happen over night. It's been a grind, perserverence and incredible work on his end, it's why I am doing well. My wife, the kids and myself are extremely happy to have him as our Dr and hope he knows how grateful we are.Taylor and other staff have been nothing short of amazing as well. Had a wonderful experience with this office. My family doctor couldn’t see me for a few days and I tried 3 different walk in clinics that had already filled up for the day. This clinic took me in and quickly diagnosed me... he took the time to understand my health history, listen to the symptoms I was having and answer all my questions. The entire process... from calling them about availability to having a prescription in my hand... took less than an hour! I am so thankful!

From the front desk staff to the doctor this place is amazing. Wasn't a patient of theirs and my doctor was booked. They got me in same day and looked after just before they closed and they were all super friendly to! Definitely recommend.
