Puppets Up!
Very interesting festival. I just happened to went back to Toronto from Ottawa on that weekend and make the time to catch up with their parade, very delightful, and playful event. Discovered this festival from Google Map. Perhaps Google can expand their service to discover local festivals on trip planning tools according to hotel search locations and dates.

Puppets Up!
Such a charming and unique experience! I was so happy that it came back this year. I visited all the time as a kid. Even now I find that I enjoy the experience.Puppetry is hard work and they always host the best of the best troupes to perform, so you can really admire all the effort put into them! The marketplace is also very lovely, and there is definitely something for each age group to enjoy.Only downside is that it's a bit difficult to get to if you don't live in the area or have a car.Bought two little puppets from the Marketplace: A crocheted Super Grover puppet and a wooden duck string puppet.
