UPDATE: MISCOMMUNICATION IS AT FAULTDirector of Operations called me personally and sorted out the miscommunication. THEY DO HAVE PRIVATE TRANSPORT STRETCHERS TO AIRPORT CURBSIDE. I called yesterday to organise transport from lions gate hospital in Vancouver back to home in Pemberton after ankle surgery, SN confirmed a vehicle with a stretcher so I could keep my freshly operated ankle raised.When myself and the nurse called after the surgery the response was oh sorry

Your website states 98% of all transfer patients are picked up within 15 minutes of scheduled time. That is the biggest lie.For the past 11 months, while attending dialysis with my Dad they have yet to arrive within 1 hour of scheduled time.He lives 5 minutes from Royal Columbian Hospital.The only good from this company is some of the drivers.

I accompanied my uncle from RCH to Crossroads Hospice with Robert (same name as my uncle, which is why I remember it) and the driver on the afternoon of May 11, 2021. Both members of the team were very professional, friendly and concerned about my uncle's comfort. I appreciate the level of care and courtesy that they provided to us on the short journey.

Shout out to Jennifer…..The care and customer service given to mom on July 22, 2022 from Royal Columbian Hospital to mom’s Care Facility was excellent. Very professional individual with good driving skills. Great company to call if and when you are looking for Hospital Transfers. Thank you Jennifer - keep up the good work!!

I just have to give credit where credit is due . I got transferred by Colleen from mission to Abbotsford she was super professional very easy going friendly and was just all around amazing she definitley made the trip easier and more special she's a genuine human being I had a terrible time being in the hospital for days and her staying with me for my CT scan was the highlight of my week . This lady deserves a raise and praise thank you so much for being supportive and kind . It meant alot to me .

A great company both to work for and around. Fantastic crews to handle you or your loved ones going anywhere in B.C. Canada. They are well trained and always strive for the comfort of you or your loved ones. They can use wheelchairs, paramedic stretchers, and also take those able to walk. From their small buses, ambulances or minivans redesigned for your needs its always helpful and such a needed service. My mother used their transport services a handful of times and loved it so much she would talk about the friendly crews all the time.

Employees are great to deal with, service is expensive but luckily we are able to afford it. I feel for people on a limited income who need to get to appointments etc.

The care that was given to our Mom went above 5 stars. The trip to Vancouver Island, was a little longer than expected, due to Ferry scheduling but the attendants made our Mom so very comfortable that the time past quickly. We highly recommend this company as it gave so much support to all of us from the beginning to the end. A big Thank you to each and everyone of you.
