Tried contacting them for warranty work on a Whirlpool, 50+ calls and several messages. Absolutely ZERO reply! Got Whirlpool rep to change to another company in DC for the work, and went well. DO NOT RECOMMEND Peace Appliance, Horrible service.

The gentleman that owns this company is amazing. He is a great, helpful person. Every time I have an issue, he is here promptly. The work is always done efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone in Dawson.

Poor quality. Fridge water didn't work. They came to repair and fridge was completely dead after. Lost all our food inside. I left messages with no return call. Plastic clip on parts were not put back on correctly. Avoid at all costs.. how about function testing the fridge before leaving. Sure would have saved me all the food in it.

Called multiple time over the course of a couple weeks, my washer was on warranty and they were the contractors to fix it, they never answered, never called back, and never contacted me to make an appointment.

Made an appointment with me. I waited all day for them. They never showed. I called and left messages. Finally spoke to an older gentlemen who said he’d look into it. Called and left message for three days when I finally got through. He said the warranty people cancelled it and I said I just spoke with them and they didn’t cancel it. He hung up on me and won’t answer the phone. So unprofessional. They shouldn’t be in business.

The worst appliance repair business ever. Could not find it, even with google maps. Called 3 - 4 times left message nobody had the courtesy to return my call. Will never recommend them.
