Food only looks good, tastes pathetic.Serves half cook food, server was nice though. Disappointed and dissatisfied with everything.The only thing that we really enjoyed was Sangria!

It's simply not a 5 star restaurant and in terms of stars it's probably not even a 4 in the grand scheme of things but will I go back, Yes. Was it good food? Yes. Was it cold beer? Yes. The atmosphere is road house" and on par with its direct competitors. If you want good food

Waaaaay overpriced, bought chicken tenders here once that came in a pitiful quantity, they were fine, but you could get triple the amount and twice as good ones at Popeye's. Staff are fine, that's the only reason it gets two stars. Would not recommend this place over literally any other chain in Brantford.

Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill
Stopped in for dinner. The service was friendly, no wait time for a table on a Sat at dinner time. We were seated immediately. We ordered our drinks and got them right away. We ordered appetizers and main courses. Both came quickly. All of our orders were delicious. We all left very satisfied with our meals. Service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We travelled here from out of town for a hockey tournament. We were excited to see how organized they were when they instructed us to pre-order food for the kids to minimize in-store chaos. Or so we thought..Food still took more than an hour to arrive and my server forgot about even taking my order for more than 60 minutes. I didn’t eat.A member of our group had to go get cutlery for the table, everything was crazy slow, and there were zero table checks to see how people were making out.I’ll find some food on the drive back to the hotel, I guess.The experience was so bad that I need to find an alternate before heading home! That pretty much sums it up.And it is NOT due to the restaurant being busy.

Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill
Our out of town group had a reservation for 5 PM today. We had 1 server for 35 people. Several people didn't receive their meal until the rest of the group was done eating. 3 people received their meal over an hour after the rest of the group were finished eating. One person was offered 1.90 off of their meal for waiting excessively. There were multiple issues that weren't addressed by the manager. The manager made excuses for the poor service received ie., it's Saturday night. Apparently he is lacking empathy for the problems that were encountered. If we couldn't be acommodated with good service there were other places we could've patronized. When the reservation was made, it's unfortunate that we weren't told that our group was going to be a problem for them.

First time at Shoeless Joe's.Plate of fish and chips was not worth the 18.99.Portion of fish was tiny and burnt. It should be golden brown not chocolate brown.Fries were okay.Coleslaw felt like it was bagged. Pop it in a blender to chop it up more or make it more creamier.Not overly attentive staff.Food repeated on me later.Not a good sign.Sorry, I just can't recommend this place.

Had the best service in any restaurant/bar in all of Brantford! Jenn is exceptional at customer service and from we gather busts her butt! All the staff are extremely kind and friendly. Will definitely recommend to anyone

Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill
Starters and main came at same time food mediocre at best lots of other restaurants to go to that I passed to come here. Haven’t been since they reopened now I know why. Server was great, kitchen management poorly run. Not to worry the owners response will be the same for all poor reviews… let us know how to improve yet they just don’t learn
