I bought all my basement appliances from SMS, the installation was a breeze. When I thought I had issues with my washer, they sent a technician ASAP to take a look turned out it wasn't a washer problem, it was good to see that even after warranty was over, they were still eager to help.

The store might have lots of good reviews with happy customers,thats why we decided to purchase here, but this was not our case, we bought a washer machine paid for it and my husband was about to take it home when the owner told him that it was already sold... we paid for it why we cannot take something that we have already paid??... so after finding out we wouldn't be taking a washer machine home the owner didn't wanted to give us the money back... we didn't liked any other washer machine, why do we have to be forced to take something that we weren't happy with? That was SMS fault...Anyways we did took another machine . This time was an LG , we brought it home, installed it and it didn't ever tuned on... we asked again for our money back , and again refused to give our money back... at that point we were in need for a washer machine, with a baby and a toddler...we called the place and insisted for our money back, the business owner declined to give us the money back, then we took a THIRD washer home with help of the owner to install... a month after we bought the machine starts filling with water the tank by itself, the machine its super loud... I mean if you are willing to take the risk... just know that they will NEVER ever give you your money back even thou its their fault, and you'll have to pay for the repair in case that something happens which is very possible, their machines are not in good working conditions, sadly that's our experience.

I got my fridge appliance delivery yesterday. The delivery guys were excellent they did an amazing job to bring the fridge inside the house without any damages, I am so glad I chose to buy appliances from this company! If you are looking for a good deal on appliances in Calgary and want good appliance services, I would recommend visiting this store!

Nikolai was professional and courteous and was able to diagnose and fix the cooling issues with our fridge fairly quickly. He systematically went through any potential issues with the compressors and coolant and was able to trace the problem to a Thermostat. He quickly did the repair and got us back to cooling. I love this place. I've been using them for years. When my dryer broke, they came out quickly and fixed it. They even helped me troubleshoot what was wrong with it first, saving me from paying for more parts than I needed. I highly recommend SMS Appliances!
