Terrible service manager was given all kinds of promises on repair of my 2013 1500 4x4 and that's all I got was promises actually after service at reddeer dealership I left for holidays and truck quit left my stranded on side of the highway in the middle of the night with my children in the vehicle putting us in a very in safe situation not to mention the costs to have towed to another dealership were it again cost me another500.00 for diagnosis and found nothing...

Our vehicle was in for repair and after 3 attempts and hundreds of dollars, we were told it was fixed. Then only to find out it wasn’t. Vehicle is now back in for the same issue. We were now told it was $1200 to repair. When questioned they told us they would look at it again. Then they came back to us and said it wasn’t what the originally thought and they do not know what it is.We picked the vehicle up ($300+ later) only to find there is something else wrong with it. Something that was working when it went in! Go figure, right! When questioned, the attitude of the customer service person was rude and sarcastic. I guess they don’t need happy customers. Good thing there are other dealerships in town to take corporate and personal business to.

They treated me well and got everything I needed and wanted for the truck and then when I approach about a different vehicle, they couldn't get it from the other Dodge dealership, but they did give me all the questions to ask to make sure it was a good vehicle for my daughter being a used vehicle.

I didn’t realize the type of truck that I was seeking until I met John Steward.He listened to everything that I spoke about and took me to a Dodge Ram 1500 Classic “Warlock”What I really appreciated about John is that he didn’t try to “Over Sell” me on the type of truck that he believed that I was seeking.After spending all of the time with us, we never once felt pressured or rushed.John has a laid back type of attitude that seems to run through all of South Side Dodge Red Deer.A definite 10 out of 10 to John Steward.Thanks once again.

Took my truck in a few weeks ago to get diagnostic done on transmission and exhaust manifold. My truck now runs extremely bad, what they did is still unknown untill I get my truck into a real transmission mechanic. I will not take my truck back there ever! Booked appointment somewhere else where actual honest professionals can look into with what they had done. Buyer beware of any Dodge Chrysler dealership across Canada including Penticton BC, Terrace BC, Hinton AB Because I think they all have to follow their own protocols in dodging the bullet! Since I've owned my truck new they have been dodging the bullet because they don't know what to do with transmission problems my truck has. They tell you if we do this it's not covered under warranty but when your vehicle is out of warranty, then they want to possibly fix those problems charging you and arm and a leg. They're still not knowing what the cause is but now possibly having to replace the $8k transmission that I may have to do but can't afford! Don't bother calling customer care because they dont even return your calls, they also dodge the bullet. The entire time I've owned my truck, I've mentioned what it has been doing and not ever in the last 8 years have they documented what I have told them up untill the last year end of warranty. Check your receipts every time you bring your vehicle to Dodge to make sure it's all documented and hold them fully responsible. This is the last Dodge Chrysler vehicle I will ever own!

I contacted several dealerships and told them exactly what I was looking for sent them pictures of the colour. Sheldon was amazing. He was able to find me the Jeep I wanted, as well as in the exact color, the model I wanted, fully loaded with leather and was able to get it for me within a day have it washed and detailed and a full tank of gas!! Elissa in finance was also super amazing! I was absolutely ecstatic!! Was hard to contain my excitement as i’d been looking for this Jeep since September, 2022! I could not have asked for a better experience, and I am beyond obsessed!!!!

Matt, Ron, Kyle and the rest of the staff of SSRD went above and beyond to make our recent new vehicle purchase easy. There was no pressure to buy, they gave us all the time and attention we needed to make the purchase of our new Rebel. We have never had such a great experience buying a new vehicle. We were treated like family by the team at SSRD. Thank you so much for the great experience we will be back again and again.

My husbands Ram 3500 with 12000 km on it had the transmission go, which is apparently very common in this year and make of truck. Parts were back ordered so it was going to take quite a long time to have fixed. Dodge agreed to pay for a rental vehicle while the truck was out of use. We picked up the vehicle and were not told that they were only paying for a certain amount of time, we were under the understanding that the rental would be provided until my husband got his own truck back. At no time were we informed otherwise.Dodge had my husbands vehicle for over 65 days and we had the rental for 40 days total. Now dodge is wanting us to be responsible for the last ten days of the rental totaling over $800. Extremely shady to leave us on the hook for this amount of money when this is no fault of ours and at no time did they disclose this to us.

Incredibly grateful for the exceptional level of service! My Jeep was in pretty bad shape when it was towed to the service shop, but within a week it drives like it is brand new. I am so impressed! And thank you to Kiana for keeping me updated throughout the process =)
