3 Peaks Rentals

We had a fantastic getaway at 3 Peaks Rentals the first week of March! The 2 bedroom condo in Peaks West was the perfect spot for us (two couples) with a gourmet kitchen, separate bathrooms and a hot tub on the deck to soak the muscles after skiing! Our hosts were kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. It's a great location just outside of the village, with shops and a restaurant below to make things really convenient! Definitely a place we will return to for future vacations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sun Peaks. The unit was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. All instructions were straightforward and Tobias and Rowyn were extremely easy to communicate with. A great experience and we look forward to next time!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in Sun Peaks. The home was lovely, well equipped and spacious. The views were amazing and the little town had lovely restaurants, shops and a good grocery store.We had trouble with the door code however Rowyn and Tobias were very responsive and came up to the house straight away to help us.We recommend 3 Peaks Rentals if you are looking to book a great spot to stay on your holiday.Thanks Rowyn and Tobias for your great service.

I have been in the short term rental game for quite a few years, with multiple properties, and have never worked with a better crew than 3 peaks. Their communication is 2nd to none, they are a pleasure to deal with, and take care of my place like its their own. I would reccomend them to my mother, and frankly I cannot give higher praise than that. If you are thinking about working with them, stop thinking and make the phone call. You will not be disappointed.

Tobias and his team were such a pleasure! They handled things promptly. They are kind and professional. They went above and beyond my expectations and the place we stayed in was also beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend renting through them. Our place was amazing and clean. The people were friendly. My kids didn't want to leave. It's a beautiful village. We had a beautiful view of the mountain. Lovely walking trails. Rowan & Tobias are literally the BEST hosts possible. Extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I have rented with 3 Peaks on a number of occasions now and the experience has always been smooth and stress free, not to mention, the homes they manage are beautiful and one hundred percent as advertised. Would highly recommend.

Our family spent a fantastic 6 days at Sun Peaks in July 2022 & rented this exceptional family-sized townhome. It was so comfortable for all 6 of us. Well appointed, comfy beds & lots of space. Our grandsons loved the tennis & mountain biking, while us adults took advantage of the great golf course at Sun Peaks. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a wonderful get away!

Tobey is an incredible property who goes above and beyond. We recently stayed at one of their properties during an extremely cold week with temps down into -30’s C. Our diesel truck engine along with the fuel, froze up. We were completely stuck and were scheduled to depart the next day. Tobey and his mechanic took the truck batteries back to their shop to charge for the night. They returned in the morning and helped us push the truck into the garage. Tobey was a huge support in getting our truck going so we were able to leave the next night. We have never had better service from a property manager. Additionally, the property was in perfect condition-clean, organized and inviting.

3 Peaks Rentals are are an excellent management company who are very professional and easy to communicate with. They have been very accommodating with our needs. Great way to rent a vacation property direct with less fees compared to other popular vacation rental sites!
