I went cigar shopping for the first time today and chose this place because of all the great feedback it gets and I wasn’t disappointed. The gentleman was extremely polite and willing to help, and also very informative. I will definitely be visiting again!!

I tried a couple other places I wont name that looked down on me for being new or were not willing to give much time to talk to me beside just trying to sell me something expensive.Then I tried cigar man!As someone who is fairly new and has very little knowledge this has been a great place to go. I have learned alot and both men are very knowledgable. Based on suggestions of a few different cigars (which i tried and liked) I was sold one that was in my price range and had the flavour and smoke I liked most.Thank you guys! I now enjoy cigars much more and it is awesome to have such a great store.

I received excellent service from Sam. I don't know much about cigars, he was very patient and answered all my questions well. he also provided me with useful advice.the place is welcoming and has a wide variety of cigars.in short, clearly I will return soon.Merci beaucoup Sam!

What can I say, the gentleman at the shop was ever friendly, professional, and honest. Although it turned out to be not a good timing to buy cigars due to travels, I will surely be coming back when I'm ready to get some for myself.

For the second time, I bought 3 cigars, the first one was fine, but couldn't even get the packaging off the other 2, before the cigar fell apart in my hand! Will not be returning!!!

Had a really unfortunate experience where I felt that my naiveté was taken advantage of. To start things off, I got a weird vibe fairly shortly after entering the store as I was completely ignored by the only working clerk (I think he's the owner but I cannot confirm for sure) who was busy putting items away behind a case. Ok, no problem, but I walked around and near enough to him to be noticed, and he didn't so much as acknowledge my presence. I left the store to tell my son that it might take a while because the gentleman was just ignoring me. To note, the store is max 10 × 20 feet, just a small room. I went back in, and after another few moments of being ignored, I finally decided to approach him with my question. I admitted that I was looking for a Father's Day gift for the man in my life, and that all I really knew about cigars was that he liked montecristos. He went to the back of the store and showed me a Soprano's branded sampler box of cigars at a pretty steep price point (175 before tax), more than I had anticipated to spend, but I figured that I could trust the clerk's judgment and decided to splurge, afterall it's a nice father's day gift and my partner is a fan of the show. I pay, and he hands me the case in a cardboard box, and I notice right away that it has foxing on it or mold stains. I get home and decide to have a look at them because the stains on the box were a little alarming and, to me, signified that they had incurred damage due to water or not being stored properly. Thank goodness I did because upon unsealing the case, the included humidity pack was completely hard and had completely dried out, and the cigars were also hard and noticeably dry and flaking. Turns out this particular sampler box of Soprano's cigars has been discontinued since 2013!!! and clearly were not stored properly. I admitted to my partner about the price it cost me, and it was obvious to him right away that I was way overcharged. I dont know if the owner intended to rip me off, but it sure doesn't feel like he had the best intention. The only reason I've not given 1 star is because the following day, a different clerk, very kindly and without haste, helped me get a refund for the item.

Sam, the owner of Cigar Man, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always has a fantastic recommendation for any occasion, size, or price range. Any time I’m off to a wedding, or playing a round of golf I always stop by Sam’s and I’m never disappointed! Thanks Sam!

I'm typically a Cuban cigar smoker who has found his humidor empty due to covid 19. I stopped in to grab two cigars for a birthday celebration. Nice little shop. The employee working was very helpful and accommodating. The cigars that he recommended were perfect for my taste. The price was fair and the experience was pleasant. I'll be back for more.
