I called to ask about the frames and prices per square foot and he got very aggressive. Wouldn't allow me to speak, talked over me, extremely rude. Claims to use European Rehau materials but not so sure of it after my recent interaction. Very shady people. Just by talking them, wouldn't even allow them to come to my home for a quote.

I have 40+ windows and doors in my house supplied by Mike. You can't even compare the quality of german Rehau profile windows he supplies with local walmart-kinda quality which majority of suppliers offer here in Great Vancouver area. Mike and his team quickly came to do necessary adjustments and some hardware installation after I inquired. I love my windows quality and highly recommend HighQ Windows.

Ordered some glass bifold doors for a recent renovation.After the reno was done the foundation must have settled a little bit the doors became slightly racked. I called Ryan around lunch on a monday, and at 9am tuesday morning he and his crew were there. Within 20 minutes the doors were adjusted and working flawlessy.These guys have been great and have recommended them to anyone who have asked about the doors..
