If I could give a 0 for service I would. Poor service waited over an hour to get any food on a slow night with only 3 other tables. Didn’t receive more than 1/2 of what we ordered. Kids still hadn’t hade anything to eat. Decided to leave with an empty stomach.Will not go here ever again, such a disappointment.

They are not good with clients,the bathroom smells horrible, they had a pot of rice sitting on the shelf close to the awful smelling bathroom( the whole time we were there), I was vomiting the whole day after eating there and my friends felt ill . Food tasted like 3 day old grocery store sushi. Definitely not fresh.They do not clean the tables between guests. There were crumbs and something white on the bench seat. The sushi was mostly stale rice ,I had something that tasted like a pickle in my California roll. They did not even check my friend for her vaccine passport .they watch you the whole time while you are eating, it is definitely not worth 100$ for 2 people. Over priced for the quality you get. We could not eat it all and we were charged for what we did not eat.

The restaurant felt dirty, the rice and tempura bits tasted like day old sushi. Just didn't taste freshly made. I won't be going back.

Absolute worst sushi I have ever had in my life, I have been puking all night after having dinner last night from this place and can barely keep water in my stomach.Places like this need to be inspected and held accountable!!Don’t eat here.

If your experience are only with California roll and your expectations are low , you might be satisfied. Also: eat on site.The 30 sashimi combo is pretty plain when ordering: no wasabi no ginger.I'd rather order from Haru Haru but it's close.

Very very disappointed with this place. We ordered for takeout. When I arrived to pick up, I waited almost 10 minutes outside the door (due to COVID-19 situation, which is fine!). What was disappointing was that my order was already sat on the side of the window, in intense sunlight. Not sure how long is was kept there, as I was told it would be 60 minutes and I got there 15 minutes early. So questionable!Anyway, the food was below average for sure. Watered down miso soup that was tasteless and soggy tempura (which, granted, was probably not the best choice given we weren't eating in). But the worst was the actual sushi, which I thought tasted like nothing in my salmon roll. Then I looked at my sashimi and was disgusted to find it stewing in a pool of liquid (see picture). Obviously that wasn't fresh fish and explained the disappointing roll. I tried picking it up and it completely disintegrated. I couldn't eat it, so disgusting! The garden" salad was just plain iceberg salad with unidentified dressing. The tastiest part ended up being the soggy tempura.Never ordering from there again."

I ordered a crispy spicy tuna roll through skip the dishes and it was literally the most disgusting thing ever.. I tried a piece and thought it tasted rly greasy and weird so I decided to open it up and there was straight up no fish in it or anything other then soggy oily tempura flakes?… super disappointing since I paid like 20 bucks for this just to have to throw it away.. would not recommend.

I have ordered from this place through uber eats a few times. The sushi is normally just ok when ordering. I went for the all you can eat menu with my boyfriend and the quality of the food was terrible. The sashimi was almost slimy and the sushi was below average, and almost grocery store quality. The rice taste like sugar, so the rolls are overly sweet & they are tiny. Not good quality and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if the sushi is prepared ahead of time as it all tasted old. On top of this, the service was horrible. We waited a long time for our food and heard multiple groups next to us ask the servers if their food was coming as they also waited a long time. We were not even served water or any drink and felt like we were being a pain by asking the waiters for a glass of water. Will no longer be ordering from this establishment. I would prefer to drive to Ottawa for better service and quality.

Food is good, nothing spectacular, but definitely fresh and there is good variety. Probably more of a 3.5 than 3, but can't give half stars. All you can eat available at a good price for lunch. It's missing a bit of character, deco, light, music, or any combination of the above.
