Why don't you have fitting rooms? While CoVID you closed the fitting room after covid is gone what is the reason? I was buying clothes for work. Because of you didn't allow people for fitting room never go there and overpriced st***d jealous

Disgustingly over priced. The people who price the items should be absolutely ashamed that they’re taking advantage or encouraging this practice. I’ve seen things priced higher than the actual original price. Pure greed. You will go out of business this way. The amount i used to spend at your store… hundreds of dollars. Now I leave the store after being so turned off by the mark ups. People will take their business to other thrift stores. Sooo disappointed.

I don’t understand the point of having self checkout with an attendant to rifle through each customer’s items, accuse them of theft or not scanning things, and then telling them to put the hangers away. Why not just leave regular checkouts available? What about for people who don’t have cards to use and want to use cash? This is really a huge accessibility issue and I hope this changes. Treating customers in this way is inappropriate. If the concern is theft, don’t have self checkout available.

Across the street on Steeles there's a dollarama, same comic books available there for $4-5 brand new and sealed...and this greedy value village asking $10 each...THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING...

It is definitely a hit or miss situation, however, lots of new items can be found- Gap, Levi’s, Old Navy-the items still have tags on them. Don’t forget to go around the back of the building to donate BEFORE you start your shopping…because if you donate you can get a coupon to use in store…

I visited Value Village with my youngest over Christmas and it was really quiet. It had an excellent selection of clothes in all departments, we bought some as well as books in perfect condition and were very tempted by the large bric-a-brac area too. Service is also always polite and respectful there (although the customers aren't always!). Highly recommended, especially at quiet times like the first opening hour.

This Value Village is a super place to get exactly what I need, at a great price. Even though items are added daily, there is always a wide range of awesome items available.Convenient too, at the corner of Dufferin and steeles. The aisles are wide to allow the large wheeled shopping cart to pass easily. And with covid, the aisles are directionally marked to keep traffic flowing.I am able to get in and out swiftly. And the cash out system has an aisle to feed several cashiers.

Value Village is a for-profit company, thus their prices are usually more expensive compared to other thrift stores. You'll find that a lot of brand name clothes are heavily marked up. Also, I've seen damaged goods priced way too high. I often contemplate buying new when I see some of their price tags! It's quite difficult to find a good deal.Nonetheless, I have a couple of finds that I'm really proud of from this location. I visit around once a month and usually leave empty-handed or with one piece each time.Decent selection, nice staff, and no-fuss self checkouts.

They were selling a hat that originally came from Dollarama, with the Dollarama price tag still attached. They had the audacity to put a price on it HIGHER than the Dollarama price! Didn't even bother to remove the original price tag LOL. They are bold to say the least. Same quality of products as other VV stores but you're gonna end up paying more here LOL
