NAPA AUTOPRO - Glendale Motors

I called to get an estimate for a brake job on my Audi. The person I spoke to told me to make an appointment for a free no obligation brake inspection. I did this and when it was completed I was handed a bill for $78. I paid the bill and informed the fellow behind the counter that this was the last Glendale will see me.Received a call from Glendale a few days later acknowledging their mistake. They then made it right with a refund. I will be doing business with them again in the future.

I got my car checked for major repairs. The whole diagnosis was done very thoroughly by the expert mechanics. They took pleasure and responsibility in their job. I am very satisfied with the work done. Very reliable team here. I would highly recommend Glendale Motors at 407 Wilson in Hamilton.I personally thank to the whole team. They are very professional, polite and helpful.

I had a great experience right from the first call I made (not knowing how to really explain the issue I needed diagnosed), then drop off and pick up. Our family has been going to this shop for decades. Once a tow truck driver commented that it's a great shop. The owner is a very good person. The staff are friendly and honest. Good quality work and parts, and if it's not right they'll make it right.

Almost a perfect car wash! The wash does a great job but sadly when you’re half way through the dryer count down, the rear door opens to let another car in. The car being washed behind causes dirty mist to land all over my freshly cleaned car!!! Just keep the door closed 30 seconds longer and let us finish drying please!!

These guys rip you off. They charged me $1200 for a job another reputable auto shop later quoted me for half the price, then said they didn't feel morally comfortable letting me take my car until they fixed it and wouldn't let me drive off! Morals? Ethics? Really, when you're gonna rip your costumers off like that? Never gone back and recommend everyone go to another place unless you can afford their prices.EDIT: Please, I do not want to call! Please accept that. Also how are you calling me if you claim you don't have my number on record? And yes, this is definitely the right location and I did say I wanted my car so I could go to another mechanic, but was told that they were not morally comfortable letting me drive away. Something in the gas tank had corroded so I was losing gas quicker than normal but it was operational still and was not going to just explode.

My preference is not to write reviews about businesses, as I have found that businesses with high ratings provide poor customer service. Anyway, here is my short story. The Range Rover Sport (Diesel) was taken for an oil change and to ensure everything was running smoothly. Since this location is close to where I live, I decided to give them a try rather than taking it to the Range Rover dealership (which I regret). The oil was changed, but when I picked up the truck I noticed they had put the wrong engine oil in it (Diesel and gasoline engines require different types of oil). In my phone call, I advised them that my vehicle was acting up and that the right oil would need to be applied. The oil can be changed as they said it was okay. As my vehicle continued to stall and drive poorly after the correct oil was applied, I made a third appointment, and they requested that I return this time so that we could conduct a scan to determine the cause of the problem. The truck was left with them for the whole day, and I requested that the air and cabin filters be replaced as well. It was explained to me that there were no problems with my truck, and that everything was fine, so they charged me over $300 for the simple task of replacing the air filters ($200 for just labor). Is this for real? My question was answered by a gentleman at the front desk who said, You know you drive Range Rovers
