I have a Ryobi lawnmower that stopped operating roughly 50X every time I cut the lawn. Very frustrating!Brothers Two fixed my lawnmower. Operates perfectly now! Delighted now!One of the best customer experiences I have ever had with a service cpmpany!

Took an older Briggs &Stratton lawnmower in to be fixed as it was sounding bad.Brother Two had it ready to go in a couple of days and it sounded like it was ready for another few years of cutting grass.They gave it a tuneup and added an attachment to the upper handle for the pull cord so it was easier on my back to pull start it.No charge for that and the bill was around 120.00.Worth every penny still working great 5 years later.I never left a review and although it's been many years I thought I should .Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.Thk you for the excellent customer service

Have been dealing with Linda and Jim for as long that they have been in business . ( Brothers Two Small Engines ) I have watch then grow into we’re they are now. I have never had a problem with there service or advice on anything. If you are looking for a company to look after all your equipment take it to Brothers.

If you don't give them a contract to repair 30 mowers, they won't help you. My lawn tractor was left unattended for 4+ weeks. I paid the diagnostic fee and got out of there. Casual small engine owners beware. Reception was very rude and swore over the phone.

Worked with Matt on a Yardworks lawnmower purchased from Canadian Tire back in June 2017.Matt and Kim from Brothers Two were willing to try diagnosing the lawnmower with video clip I sent in via e-mail. This made my life much easier as I was 300+ km away from my parents’ lawnmower.Based on the video recorded, Matt was able to confirm the issue. I was able to have Matt confirm the availability of the parts prior to arrival (covered by warranty).Matt also spent 20 minutes of his time explaining to me what I need to make sure the mower is in tip-top shape. He was very patient with my mom who doesn’t know much about machines in general. No pressure to up sale either.Great place to be!

Very disappointed with the turnaround in service. Delivered a lawn mower for repairs on April 29, 2023. Repairs completed June 5th. They did not even look at the unit for well over 2 weeks after stating an initial assessment time of 8 business days. They took forever to replace a plastic part. Complained about not having enough staff. Will never recommend them to friends or family.
