The service is great. The quality is always good. Shirts pressed well. Dresses too. They also leave you notes if they notice a stain. They also leave ties or pocket squares in a bag when you forget them in your suit. The owner really values your business.

I don't know why there is so many negatives in this review....perhaps Ancaster folks only review when something goes wrong. I for one have taking my clothes here on countless occasions. They are always friendly, quick service at the door, ready usually within 24-48 hours and the clothes always come out looking new...even when I thought my drunken nights ruined them!

Threw my down filled coat into the machine wash and dryer- called me 1 hour after drop off and denied the whole thing. Completely ruined my jacket. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to make sure these guys don't get my business. So awful I don't even know where to start. The only thing they do right here is ruin your clothes. Please shut down you have no idea how to run a business- and you're wasting space for people who can.

Dropped 2 suits and my wifes jacket off on Wednesday am when they opened as we had my fathers visitation friday night and funeral Saturday morning. I was advised it would be ready Friday afternoon. It was snowing but when I went to pick up my clothes at 2 pm, they were closed and would not be open until it was too late saturday morning. There was no sign on door, website said it was open, no call. SO I HAD NO SUITS FOR EITHER. There is enough to deal with to have this last second headache thrown at me. When I picked up the clothes today they were just like oh well...it was snowing so we closed...i expected that they would not charge me based on the circumstance or at least discount....they did not care...they advised that they did not withold my clothes... even tho I was not able to get them on the contract time on my ticket......I had used them for last 10 years at least for my business attire but this was awful service at the worst possible time . As i sat there debating driving through the doors, i watched many other vehicles pull up to get their much needed clothes only to leave empty handed....just the worst

1 STAR IS BEING GENEROUS, IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS... I WOULD! I never write reviews, however, my experience at Glesgo Dry Cleaners was disgusting. I brought my clothes to this store (all in good condition) and in result, ALL of my clothes were completely destroyed. I did not ask for any sort of compensation (which I should have because they charged me $128.45 for trashing my clothes) and they did not even acknowledged their faults, moreover, had the audacity to blame me for it. The people here are extremely rude and they do not deserve to run a business. Close the whole store down if you cannot do ONE job properly! This is NOT a proper business but a scam. END OF STORY...DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

I have been to the Ancaster location a couple of times and experienced nothing but great service and quality. The prices were pretty standard and they were able to have my wedding suit and my wife's wedding dress all done within about 2-3 days. We had an outdoor barn styled wedding, so the bottom of my wife's dress was pretty muddy and Glesgo was able to make it look brand new again. We would definitely come back here again.

Very cocky guy and overpriced! When I told him I got the same items dry cleaned for half the price in Hamilton he said then go to that filthy city" I couldn't believe how he talks to his customers and a female customer at that! Very rude and regretful encounter. If you do use this guy makesure not to bring up his high prices he gets quite testy and defensive. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere where my business is appreciated! Probably Hamilton;)"

Been using this dry cleaner for years, has become over priced. Went to drop off some clothes for 48 hours cleaning and they wanted to charge $25 more. Once he saw I was not impressed he said he would do it for $15 more not interested will not go back.

Very fast responses via facebook messaging. The staff went way above and beyond to make sure I had my suit ready for my big day.Will be recommending this place to anyone that happens to have clothes!

Shirt was destroyed - I understand that this happens from time to time in the dry cleaning business.Was offered take it or leave it 25% of shirt price as cash payment or 50% of shirt price as store credit.Instead of righting a wrong and gaining a customer for life, the result is this review. If I could give zero stars, I would.Steer clear.
