Our experience at Dodge City went beyond excellence.Jack met with us on the front end and was friendly and easy going. Due to some issues on my end the initial deal didn't go through, but Amy worked her magic and put us into the truck we needed. Both of these guys were amazing to deal with. No pressure, no upselling. I told Jeff what I was looking for and he delivered just that, and they both worked hard to get a deal done that i was happy with.Jeff was very friendly and upfront about everything. He did his best to make sure I understood everything we discussed, and laid out multiple different options for me to help find the payment structure I was most comfortable with. Chris helped me decide on warranty and insurance options and even recommended more conservative and realistic options that allowed me to save some money on my bi-weekly payments rather than attempt to upsell me on the best and most expensive options. I made the appointment and arrived on time. The check-in was very quick and smooth. Tatum had set up a rental for me. I was kept informed of the work and cost throughout and also was called when it was completed. Everything was handled professionally and, frankly, exceeded my expectations. Tatum did a great job as did Glenda when I picked up. She explained the billing and even offered to bring my Jeep to the door. I’ll be back!
