My brother and I had our father's funeral there and the service was perfect. The issue I have with this place is based on the administration part of the funeral. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen and especially during such a hard time. It's totally disgusting and unprofessional the way my brother was treated. All because we didn't want a fancy funeralThey harassed my brother to pay a fee for the parking area of the church. Also they forgot documents needed for finalizing the death of our father. I have nothing good to say about the administration part of the funeral. I've actually requested to my family to not have my own funeral there when I pass away. Just a really horrible experienceThey are only after money and they will do everything and anything to get money from grieving families. Total disgusting and disgraceful
